”It looks like this hotel was excellent in the past but it was not maintained so well and the room maintenance is lacking.
The sheets are not comfortable at all - they need to renew it, it's pilling and feel unclean. The shower soap was close to empty (you're not supposed to wait until it's empty before filling it up for a room) and the tab has cracks. The rug smells and when we pulled the room's curtains there were four splashes of bird poop on the outside part.
Breakfast is lame. We had it on...

”Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Ithaca. Unfortunately, the parking garage next to the hotel is under construction so we had to unload and then park a few blocks away. This was time consuming, though the hotel did its best to alleviate the problem. Overall it was s very good stay.”
