”Air conditioning didn’t work, no soap or conditioner in room on arrival. Only once asked they replaced. TV was extremely laggy, strong smell of chlorine and no safety deposit box. Service at service desk was good and professional, breakfast was okay (although I found it weird, that juice had to be separately ordered) and free parking was a plus. Price point (roughly 240 USD per night) was too expensive for the quality. I chose the hotel since I saw on some website that it was a four star...

”The room could have used a little bitter cleaning underneath the edge of the stink. Overall very old property. Breakfast is very basic. If it wasn't for the staff being so good probably would have went somewhere else. ”

”We so enjoyed our stay at The Canada House. We had a one bedroom and living room suite with a pulldown Murphy bed. The rooms were so spacious. There was also a full kitchen that was fully stocked with all basic appliances snd sturdy, new cookware. The most amazing part of the stay was the view and location - we had two huge balconies that overlooked a small pond and had a view of the ocean. It was a two minute walk from my bed, over a bridge and to the beach to see the sunset. We will...

” Absolutely terrible experience. The rooms were extremely old and poorly maintained. The carpet was stained, sticky, and looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The furniture was outdated and falling apart, and the TV was not even working during the entire stay. The worst part was the strong mold odor as soon as you walked into the room. There was visible mold in multiple areas and dust everywhere, making the room feel dirty and unhealthy. I had to change rooms twice hoping things would...
