”Room was good. The noise from the illegals that were being housed there, was ridiculous at night. When I spoke to the night desk clerk to address the matter, seeing they were being loud at 1130 at night, he did nothing and felt it wasn't an issue that pertained to him. ”

”We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season. 1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. Stale breakfast items with no dates, no tea bags, juice machine wasn't working, waffle maker was peeling, no lids for cups. No accessibility to hot water after hrs-machine locked in restaurant. (And they wanted to sell bottled water). 4.Their bathroom soap is horrible....

”We stayed here four nights in June. Hotel is very comfortable, absolutely clean and we liked the place a lot. Girls loved the swimming pool. There is a very good breakfast place nearby called Marshland and nice cafes (that close early) in Sandwich. It is a good place for exploration of the part of Cape Cod nearer to mainland. We reached the nice restaurants at Wellfleet, the Town Neck Beach nearby and the beaches at Cape Cod National Seashore from here easily on the daily exploration trips. The...

”We have stayed here many times after getting married here in 2020. The splash pad and pool is perfect for our 2 young children. This last stay was probably our least favorite stay. The hotel is under major renovations which we didn't know about until we arrived. During our stay there was a dryer lint fire that filled the hotel with heavy smoke. my family and I were napping on the 4th floor where the smoke detectors failed to sound.
