Rowan Tree Cottage on ihana mökki, uusittu vuonna 2017 .Kun kaksi tilavaa makuuhuonetta, yksi kahden hengen ja toinen kahden hengen, joka voidaan myös valmistaa 6ft kaksinkertainen .Upstairs wc pesuallas. Portaissa kylpyhuone suuri suihku. Lounge log poltin, kaksi nahkasohvat antaa runsaasti istuma, iso Smart TV, Blue ray-soitin, ilmainen WFI, puhelin, vain tuleville puheluille. Myös valikoima DVD, lautapelejä, kävely karttoja ja kirjoja. Erillinen ruokailuhuone laajennettavissa pöytä, sijoitettu nauttia näkymistä, tämä huoneessa on myös suuri takka log poltin ja lisäksi istuimet. Uusi moderni keittiö rakennettu laitteissa, kuten integroitu astianpesukone, pesukone kuivausrumpu, jääkaappi, jossa on sisäänrakennettu pakastin, ja hyvä valikoima keittiötarvikkeita ruoanlaittoon tahansa ateriaa. Ulkopuolella kattilan / boot huone, ihanteellinen märkien mutainen kengät ja kerrosta Large lukittava irtoa, joka on valaistus, ihanteellinen varastointiin polkupyörää. Avaruuden ulkopuolella, suljettu puutarha aidatulla sisäänkäynti ja off road pysäköinti kahdelle autolle, nurmikko, rajoja ja patio edessä ja takana, puutarhakalusteita säädetty. Matkasänky, stairgate ja syöttötuoli saatavilla pyynnöstä .Well käyttäytyviä koiria, 2 vain pitää alakertaan tilauksesta. Log polttimet vahvistetut valmis sytyttää ja tarpeeksi lokit ensimmäisenä iltana, lisäksi kirjautuu tallennetaan irtoa käytettävissä ostettu tarvittaessa. Rowan Tree Cottage on lyhyt kävelymatka pubi, Waterloo Inn ja Bigginin Hall, molemmat tarjoiluun.

Pieni kylä on suora pääsy päälle Tissington Cycle Trail, mailia kävelyteiden pyöreitä kävelee Hartington kaunis Bigginin Dale, High Peak Pyörätie lähietäisyydellä. Bussilinja joka kattaa Buxton Ashbourne, Tissington ja Hartington. Chatsworth House Haddon Hall, Ilam Hall, Hartington Dovedale, Bakewell, Matlock Bath, ovat vain muutamia paikkoja sijaitsevat lyhyen ajomatkan. Lovely cosy cottage in picturesque village. Well equipped with welcome goodies for guests and pets from hostess Jane. Lovely enclosed gardens front and back, with two log burners no less, for colder months. Village is quiet and peaceful with one pub (literally 2 mins walk) serving food. Other amenities in nearby villages - great quiet retreat or base for exploring the Peaks in general. First visit, and would have no hesitation booking again.

Lovely cottage

The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and in a perfect location to explore the Peak District. Our host Jane had thought of everything including a welcome pack which included a lovely homemade cake, bottle of Prosecco, crisps, milk and biscuits. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Family break away

We had a wonderful week staying at Rowan Tree Cottage with our two teenage daughters.This property is immaculately clean and Jane puts a lot of thought into her guests stay with the cottage being well stocked in basics and to top that off a wonderful welcome basket, fresh milk and a home baked cake The cottage is very well placed in a peaceful village but nothing is too far away. We had a great time exploring the Peak District and would definitely stay here again.Thank you so much X

Absolutely perfect

Spent three nights at Rowan cottage and had the most wonderful time. The cottage is lovely - clean, cosy and incredibly well equipped. It was very cold whilst we were staying but we were perfectly warm with the excellent central heating and two fabulous wood burners. We had dinner at the Waterloo Inn and then walked to Hartington the next day and then along the river to Dovedale on the third and loved it all. Jane was a fantastic host and incredibly kind and understanding when we were snowed in on our final day! I cannot recommend the cottage highly enough. 10/10.

Beautiful spot

My partner and I have just returned from this beautiful cottage - it has everything you could possibly need and is in an idyllic spot, close to many walks and with a pub only 2 minutes walk away (there was also a 20% off voucher for this pub waiting for us in the cottage). The cottage was very clean and contained all the amenities you could want or need, with a fully loaded kitchen and 2 modern bathrooms. There is a front and back garden, beautifully tended and fully enclosed, so safe for pets. The woodburner was ready loaded for when we arrived and the host had left a welcome tray (including some treats for our dog), which is such a lovely thought. There was milk in the fridge too for that cup of tea after a long journey! Jane is the perfect host, checking in with us after our arrival and giving plenty of tips on the area and things to do. We will have no hesitation in returning to this property in the future, it’s a little gem.

Truly home from home in a perfect location

We had a lovely 4 night stay in Rowan Tree Cottage. The cottage was so cosy and a truly a home from home with everything we could have wished for. The owner has given a lot of thought to the cottage and we were particularly impressed with the welcome tray and fresh flowers. Perfect location for plentiful walks from the door. There is a pub 200 yards from the door but we preferred to walk into Hartington to frequent the Devonshire Arms. I would thoroughly recommend this cottage.

The cottage was exceptionally clean, spacious and in a very quiet, peaceful location. Cottage was big enough for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs for the week. We all had a lovely time.

Beautiful homely cottage in a lovely setting.

The cottage was in a quiet rural location, only a few minutes from a public house serving food. The cottage was spotless with everything you might need provided. ie towels, cooking equipment etc. with great outside seating areas front and back. Really lovely walks on the doorstep and communication with the host was prompt and informative. The generous welcome pack and cake was a bonus thank you. We have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone wanting peace and quiet on the doorstep yet only a short drive to main towns and Chatsworth

Peaceful Peaks Getaway

The location is fantastic. A great location for visiting the Peaks. The property has everything you would need for a relaxing break. A very generous hamper and delicious cake were gratefully received. The crackers went down particularly well with some delicious cheese bought locally in Hartington. Everything had been thought of and it was lovely to receive a call from Jane shortly after our arrival, to check all was ok and pass on relevant information. We loved our few days at Rowan Tree Cottage.

Absolutely cracking.

There was nothing that the proprietor had not thought about, from the moment we arrived there was absolutely everything we needed as a family. The kitchen facility was excellent, the house was warm, just popped the heating on for a short period, the log burning stoves did the rest. The living room was very comfortable and the Wi-Fi was excellent for the area. All in all I loved this cottage and the location. The pub served the best Guinness I’ve ever tasted. Brilliant highly recommend property. We will return.
