For the kids, enjoy a day at Water Wiz Water Park just 4.5 miles away, then enjoy the evening sea breeze around the provided fire pit. Fully equipped kitchen makes eating in convenient. Enjoy a Cape Cod vacation with the comforts of home!

The property was the perfect size for a family of 3 or 4. For us it was the less than five minute drive to Mass Maritime that made our decision easy. The host was very responsive to all questions prior to and during our stay. We had a lovely weekend!

The house was wonderful! Plenty of space inside and the yard with outdoor table & chairs and fire pit were devine.Extra towels, beach towels, extra blankets, and so much more. If I could do 10 stars I would.

Very cozy

Cozy little place that was very clean, all the amenities, and close to everything in a cute neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again in the future.

PERFECT! If you want the Cape experience without paying Cape prices, this is the home and the neighborhood for you! House is cozy and modern (so many chargers and Roku on TV's). Beaches totally accessible, mini putt, ice cream, but also a grocery store and Dollar General when you need it. 20 minutes to the Cape if you're feeling bougey... Host communicates well and is very accommodating. If we have a reason to be back in Cape Cod, we'd totally rent this house again.

Perfect cottage conveniently located in Buzzards Bay

This property was perfect for our family visiting Southeast Mass. It was fully stocked with everything you need in a very quiet neighborhood. You don’t have to go far to find restaurants, gas stations or to get to the Cape. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely quaint home in a central location

We were there for 2 weeks for work in the Bay, departing out of Sandwich. This was a great location for us and very affordable, which is always helpful for a Cape house! We will stay again if we do more work on the Cape :)

Scott is a very sweet individual. Not only are there supplies to help travelers, but everything is labeled and has clear instructions from cabinets to machinery. He's punctual, professional, and overall a gracious host.It feels like home away from home, with books and board games if you don't want the screen time. There are also binders for guests to not only get information/rules for the house, but also local attractions, beaches,restaurants, and even grocery stores so everyone knows where everything is and how long it takes to get there! To Scott, we had a lovely time and hope to rent from you again someday! Thank you so much for everything!

Comfortable home, great location

This home was superbly stocked and organized. EVERYTHING that we could possibly want or need was provided. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like home during our stay. The location allowed us to visit a variety of attractions with only a short drive. Would highly recommend.

Just as advertised

Accommodations were very nice, just as expected. The house was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the and the remodeled bathroom was nice and clean. The location is on a quite street and easy to get to. The circle drive allows great parking at the front door.

This property has everything you need and more. It is very well organized, and directions are there for every question you might have. Would definably stay again. Our son goes to MMA and it's within walking distance, on a nice day.

I think it’s important for every vacation renter to realize we are staying in someone else’s home. That said, there are homes where you feel uncomfortable and others where you feel right at home. Scott’s rental made you feel at home. It was the perfect beach-area home, nicely appointed and stocked beyond expectations. We absolutely have plans to make this an annual stay. Great host!
