”Very nice hotel room and the view from our balcony was just beautiful.That being said, there were problems with the following: 1-We were there in mid May and the temperature was quite cold in the evening. There was no heat as they had switched over to air-conditioning mode. The front desk did come up with portable space heaters but it wasn't quite adequate. 2-Our shower didn't work. When we informed the front desk during checkout the next morning their response was less than adequate. They asked...

”This stay was truly pleasant. As soon as I walked into the room I noticed it smelled nice and clean. The beds, are super comfy, and the kitchenette was super convenient. The customer service was great and everything was amazing overall.”

”Bathroom was the size of a closet, the a-c was in the wall and on the other side of the room, didn't cool the room at all and very noisy to keep on, you can't hear the t.v. They don't supply guests with pool towels so I had to buy my own and the pool is closed at 10.00 p.m. There are no phones in the room so you have to walk outside to get to the front desk and you better get what you need because the front desk closes at 5 p.m .”
