”There is no staff on location, so if anything goes wrong, you get a sorry via text. The main phone number is disconnected. You can't actually reply to the text that they send you the information from.
Personally I'd give it a wide birth.”

”Stayed overnight as close proximity to the GC Airport to catch an early flight which was approx 10mins easy walk. A nice welcome basket with lots of snacks - a very comfortable relaxing stay.”

”Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms. ”

”Crystalbrook was an absolute gem of an escape. Surrounded by beautiful nature and tranquil surroundings, it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge.
The staff were exceptional throughout my stay, warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. A special mention to Hugh, whose charisma, kindness, and friendly nature made the experience even more memorable. He is an absolute sweetheart and a real asset to the team.
The coffee was fabulous, the amenities were outstanding, and every detail seemed...
