”Thin walls, breakfast wasn’t great, shower was low powered. ”

”Easy check in, they sent a code for the front door and then we found our room with key in room door lock. Area was quiet and nice patio area. Snacks were accessible throughout common areas. Bedding was super comfortable. Would stay here again.”

”The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. ”

”They had my room amenities wrong. I explained to the operator with Hilton and she offered me to change to another one of their hotels at my expense or keep what I had since I booked through a third party. The bed was broken; small black bugs crawling all over the floor and walls in the bathroom; mold and mildew all in bathroom ”

”Staff were very helpful and the property was clean. Our room whilst clean and bed comfortable the toilet was loose from the floor and tiles in the bathroom and shower were cracked .”

”Rooms were freaking gross. Hair, dirt and dust on the tile floor at the entry and bathroom. Toe nails on the carpet by the dresser. Our rooms were never cleaned/serviced over 4 days. No breakfast in the mornings, no pool (says it’s being renovated, but no sign of any construction happening), weight room is dilapidated and the hall ways were filthy. We only stayed cause options were limited due to a national wrestling tournament happening and there was limited availability for rooms at a...

”Air Conditioner was great, clean room and hotel and a nice staff. The hotel is in need of a major update. Rooms were very clean but as i stated it needs to be updated.”

”The AC, fridge, and microwave all worked as they should. The bed was comfortable. The DISH TV channel selection was skimpy and the image was grainy for reasons unknown. I alerted the desk staff to the problem to no avail. No coffee in the room, but the lobby has it. Bring your own shampoo.”

”Beautiful hotel and room. The only thing that let me down was the paint peeling in the bathroom. Paint chips all over the floor and shower. Other than that my family and I really enjoyed our stay. ”
