The staff was particularly warm and inviting -- offering terrific local advise and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This place should be on your radar screen when visiting Shreveport!”

”Parking was non existent. Advised to park next to the storage containers. No they’re not responsible for damage to your car. Their problem is your problem. Ridiculous. The hot water handle in the bathroom sink wasn’t attached. Front desk sent maintenance people to examine it. Said the valve needed to be replaced another day. No hot water in the sink for the day. So nothing in the bathroom was cleaned with hot water, and cleaning person didn’t report it. Again, their problem is my problem”

”We've stayed at this hotel a few different times. It's very convenient to walk to the festival area we attend every year as well as the Marti Gras parades. The elevators are slow during busy times and we just take the stairs instead. It has a restaurant and bar, but we haven't ever ate or bought any drinks from either of them as of yet. ”
