”If you are looking to not perhaps pay as much for The Lodge, this absolutely should be on your radar. The team, rooms, location, breakfast, all the things hit the mark. While I think the remotes likely need to be replaced (as we got the batteries replaced on day 2), due to many thumbs aggressively finding the right channel, that’s still not dropping the 5 STAR rating. We will be back and also for the location, both for walkable options and also a nice river walk, can’t go wrong.”

”Our stay was wonderful. We had brunch at the facility and our waitress was attentive and delightful. The food was fantastic and it was a great stay - all around!! It’s my favorite place in the Tri-Cities!”

”It was decently clean. It was a bit sandy under the bed springs but the rest of the room was fairly clean. The fridge and kitchenette was very useful and the room was spacious. We also had a second room booked. While it was fairly clean, the room smelled quite awful. I suspect the previous tenant had smoked marijuana. We were very satisfied with the location and the price for what we got.”

”The front desk person, Kayla was OUTSTANDING. The cleaning staff was running a little behind schedule and Kayla was honest with us at check in, as we were 30 minutes early. Kayla was super helpful recommending places to eat. She was super positive when interacting with us and totally made us feel welcome. Great job Kayla, a real asset to their staff!”

”The staff was awesome,like always. I had a very pleasant stay. I was renting a room that had a stench of smoke, i quickly notified the staff and take care of it immediately.”

”Our room was located on bottom floor. Between the noise from guest above us and city noise, we didn't sleep very well. They only offer coffee in the lobby. They did offer breakfast before covid. It would be nice to bring it back. Our mini fridge was stuck on freeze mode and almost froze my insulin before I saw it had been turned all the way up! In the bathroom the toilet was low to the ground causing a trip to the toilet an experience. When taking a shower, water temp very nice, but the shower...

”Not what I expected, even for an Oyo hotel. Hotel was actually an adjunct to a gas station, with the cashier at the station being the front desk. But room was okay, can't complain much given small $ paid.”
