”This is a newly built property so the cleanliness and maintenance was excellent. We experienced wonderful customer care and people were friendly and thoughtful. Everyone was friendly from the housekeeping staff which paid detail to small things during services to the front desk that made light conversations as we passed by. ”Hotel is under construction had we know this we would not have booked here . The first night the water was Luke warm despite having it turned to the hot position . The second day we had NO water until the next morning. ”

”Such a friendly team! Britney was a total sweetheart and helped me get settled (and fixed my locked bathroom) right away. The room was clean and a great value, though the location is definitely a "car-only" spot since there aren't many sidewalks or shops nearby. Just a heads up: they don't do daily room cleanings or refill shower gel automatically, so you'll need to ask the front desk if you need anything!”

”This hotel was perfect for our one night stay after we saw the Harlem Globetrotters. Very comfortable room and i appreciated the little things like popcorn in the lobby and the afternoon kickback with the drink coupons. Great price and close location off the interstate.”

”This has to be the best hotel I have stayed out. It was very clean, quiet, and organized. Very affordable and great location! It is not far from anything in charlotte and while I was here I Lyft everywhere just because everywhere was so close.”
