”I would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! It’s always an event there like family reunions. I don’t like to hear kids running and being loud outside the rooms and breaking in front of you to crowd the elevators.”
”Great hotel on a larger roadtrip. We stayed here to break up a longer drive. It was perfect for our family of three. It is also a great area to stop overnight. There are a lot of restaurants and a large mall. Highly recommend!”
”The property was beautiful and what I would expect from an Hampton Inn and suites. The staff was funny, friendly and attentive enough. The room was nice, but there are definitely some areas where there could be some repainting specifically the bathroom door. However, the room was clean, the bed soft and comfortable. ”We have stayed here several times due to racing at the Speedway. Always clean, helpful staff. No complaints. The area has lots of things you can walk to including several restaurants. The area near the mall seems to be a bit sketchy. We were always so busy we weren't really out and about after dark, but keep this in mind. Would stay here again.”

”It was a wonderful room and very clean. It had a full kitchen. The price was very reasonable.
I was shocked that there was no restroom in lobby. That's the 1st thing people need to do after a long ride but we had to wait to check in and use the restroom when we got in our room. But the room was VERY nice!”
”While it took some time to get use to the guest kiosk, rather than having a live person at a desk, my overall stay was great. Rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable.”
”The bed in the room was sooooo comfortable. We were not expecting to have to pay a $100 deposit tho. I had to dig thru the hotel info on expedia and read some seriously fine print about the deposit. It should be listed at the beginning of the reservation so the people can expect it. Other than that, i was blown away by how clean, spacious, and comfortable the room was. ”
