The space

Two complete bathrooms (one ensuite) with all your basic necessities, such as bath towels, toiletries, blowdryer, shampoo and bodywash. Beach towels are provided as well.

The condo is turnkey and has all the comforts of home, including Smart TV’s in every bedroom and living room so you can enjoy your favorite movies or series via your account of NETFLIX. There is also FireTV available to enjoy a wide selection of Channels from around the world. Sports, series and movies you name it! Laundry and dryer machine available aswell.

As well from the balcony as the side windows you will have a partial view to the sea.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment with an access code. There is an elevator, rooftop with pool, ping pong, fire pits, seating and gym equipment. All with gorgeous views of the sea and the city lights! Hang on the roof with cocktails and enjoy the expansive views, fire works and amazing sunsets! Or relax by the rooftop pool after a workout or game of ping pong. The pool area has sun beds.

The condo has a 24-hour guard at the front entrance and a free parking space.
Other things to note
The Riu Palace has a public beach access that allows our condo guests to pass through a nice and easy beach path between 10 am and 6 pm. On very few occasions the access to it might be closed by the Hotel Riu, due to a special event or bad weather. There are other beautiful beaches really close like Chilenos beach with public toilets and Playa Santa Maria easy to get there by taxi or public transportation.
