Welcome to our stylish and new condo in a fabulous location just two blocks from the iconic Médano Beach. You’ll have access to the complex amenities like the gym, swimming pool or rooftop jacuzzi, and you’ll be less than a 5-minute drive or a 10-minute walk from Walmart and Chedraui for groceries, numerous dining options, and the marina.

Enjoy the luminous open-concept of the condo, which offers a relaxing living space. The TV/sitting area has comfortable sofa seating for downtime moments at home and a movie on the Smart TV. The floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall glass doors offer direct access to the terrace with a fire pit table and chairs. It`s a great spot to enjoy a cocktail or wine as the sun goes down.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances and everything needed to prepare meals, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up so you can get back to relaxing. You can enjoy your meals indoors at the dining table or al fresco on the balcony. There’s also a breakfast bar with 3 chairs, which is great for a quick snack or laptop workspace.

After a day of exploring, retreat to one of three cozy bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation:

⦁ Master Suite – 1 King bed, private balcony, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, dual vanity, and plenty of storage.
⦁ Bedroom 2 – 1 Double bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

All bedrooms feature air conditioning, soft linens, plush pillows, and room-darkening shades to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Each bathroom is stocked with bath towels and a starter kit of essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and soap — so you can settle in and feel right at home.

Additional highlights include reliable WiFi for working and streaming, free on-site parking, and an elevator in the building for easy access. For your laundry needs, there’s a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

The condo is in a fantastic location! You’ll be about 2 blocks from the iconic Médano Beach and less than a 5-minute drive or 10-minute walk from Walmart, Chedraui, and loads of dining options. You’ll also be within a short drive to an array of pristine beaches, world-class golf courses, and shopping options.

The property is about 8 km | 5 miles from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). It`s highly recommended that you rent a car to explore the area. There’s an assigned parking space inside the gated complex. The area also has Uber and Lyft services, and public transportation options.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
No smoking inside the condo. A $200 USD penalty will apply if this rule is violated. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, and we kindly ask that doors remain closed when doing so.

No parties or events are allowed.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors.
