Nice apartment, with a unique view of the majestic Sea of Cortez, located in an exclusive residential complex, with private security 24/7; 35-40 minutes from the SJC International Airport, it has access to a private beach, 4 minutes away on foot. Close to Costco, Walmart, and Fresko, and just a 10-minute drive from Cabo's famous nightlife.

There is little or no view of the beach as it is at the bottom of the cliff, easily accessible though. Ocean view was perfect. Got to watch a daily whale show!Room could have been slightly cleaner. We had to rewash most of the dishes. Daily construction in front of the condo was annoying. A new house is being built directly in front of the condo which could affect the ocean view when completed. Couch should probably be replaced, worn and stained.Beds were wonderful. Condo complex staff were amazing, barbeques were cleaned spotless almost daily.Access to the entire area and overall security was excellent.

Beautiful and serene

The condo is as a little difficult to find. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. We had a great view of the ocean, and loved the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. The two pools are nice too. Nice path to the beach too!

Loved the condo. Private beach was really nice. It’s some serious exercise to walk back up from the beach area. Far from stuff but easily call an Uber to come get you. Pools were really cold so no swimming. Only complaint is the tv situation isn’t good. One bedroom doesn’t work at all. We like to watch tv at night so this was an issue for us. Everything else was good and would come back again.

Perfect Christmas Getaway-WHALES!!

We had a wonderful trip and this home was perfect for our family of four. We like exploring on our own, so being able to shop across the street from the neighborhood and do some cooking on our own was great. Parking was included and pretty close to the property entrance. The beach was fairly quiet and a great little spot to relax-definitely pack water shoes as the sand is pretty rocky. We loved the balcony-we saw a LOT of whales playing in the water nearly every day. Truly incredible!

Nice Quiet Property

This property was exactly as advertised and the reviews that were previously given were helpful as well. It is in a quiet neighborhood, so if you’re looking for parties or nightlife, which we were not, it will likely not be for you. Although I will say that Uber service in Cabo was much better than anticipated and it is very easy to get to the marina downtown area by Uber. We also ordered Uber eats twice and it was very easy. If you choose to use Uber, we learned that it’s easier to walk about a minute or two to the parking lot and have them pick you up because at some point they cannot drive any further into the property. There is a grocery store across the street that takes about 15 minutes to walk. It was a very nice grocery store. I did not find it as expensive as some of the reviews said it was. Amazing bakery at grocery store. The property also provided beach chairs and an umbrella and it was very easy to get to the beach and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Sweet spot!

Loved this condo! Just the right size for our family of 4. There's a pool just downstairs and the walk to the private beach was short and beautiful. We were happy to see beach towels and toys available. Wish we'd had more time here! (FYI the grocery store across the 1 is really expensive!)

Failure to communicate

The neighborhood was nice and well-maintained. We checked in at the 3:00 PM posted time and found that the condo had not been cleaned. The garbage was full, the floors and counters were sticky and dirty, and the beds had not been changed. We wound up paying for a taxi to take us to the property because we never found the driver we had booked through the property manager. Fatima sent us the instructions for finding the driver AFTER we had left for our flight to Cabo, so we never saw the instructions until after we had been pushed from one desk to another inside the airport by people trying to sell us something and pretending to be locating our driver. We called the phone numbers we had for the manager, but got no answer. We had two drivers for various hotels try to call and they got no one to answer either. Once at the property, we heard from the manager, who said the driver had heard that our plane had been delayed two hours. The cleaning people showed up about a half an hour after we had sent an email to the manager, who apologized and sent us a bottle of red wine. Once clean, the condo was fairly nice, but I won't be booking anything through VRBO again.

Very nice view, we saw lots of whales from balcony. Nice to have a bathroom with each bedroom. The whole cono was pretty clean. The kitchen could use more supplies. We'd return.

Very nice and pleasant stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Going out to the balcony every morning and taking in the view while having breakfast was an amazing way to start the day! The condo has everything you need. The washer and dryer in unit are super convenient. The neighborhood is very safe inside a gated community and very quiet overall. The beach is great just bring water shoes as the sand is coarse and can be hard on your feet. Lots of stairs to get to the beach and you need to exercise caution in the water due to undercurrents in this spot. However, beautiful and not crowded and great little spot to relax and see tropical fish, bring snorkel goggles. There’s a couple sections where water is calm enough to swim and snorkel a bit. A grocery store is across from complex where you can get everything you need for your stay. It’s located about 10-15 mins Uber ride from the downtown/marina area. We had no issues getting an Uber and very affordable. We would totally stay here again. Thank you for everything!

The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and the host was super helpful. We did not visit the pool because the private beach was so wonderful. We have already booked another stay for 2024!

Relaxing getaway

The unit has a gorgeous view from the balcony out over the ocean. The complex and area in general is nice and quiet, although there is construction noise during the day. The unit has been recently renovated and has lovely floors and bathrooms. The owners/managers supplied us with some groceries for our arrival, which was very much appreciated. There is no dishwasher, so be prepared to wash dishes by hand. Some supplies were somewhat lacking - no wash basin to do the dishes in (or a stopper for the sink), not many dishes or much cutlery in general, no barbecue tools, very little in the way of microwave safe containers. Friends in a nearby unit lent us some of their supplies for our stay. Also, a water dispenser for the large jugs of water would be nice…our friends had that, plus weekly delivery of the water jugs. We did appreciate having a washer and dryer, and beach towels and chairs/umbrellas. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Spectacular view

Property is very nice and clean. The entire condo complex is well maintained. The view cannot be beat! It is a quiet neighborhood, but that was fine for us. Be prepared to walk down(and then back up) a lot of steps to get to the beach. Overall, this condo was a great choice for our family.

Decent place

It looks identical to the pics on-line. Actually, I'd say it's bigger than the pics make it out to be. It was a pretty good stay. It's got a gorgeous view. My only complaints are a bunch of minor things. 2 of the A/C remote batteries were dead. I had to contact the property manager for the code to get entry on the check-in date. Was given the wrong code for the beach access gate. Ect. Not great access to ubers/taxis. Its deep in the condo community, it's inconvenient for drivers to get to, most will drop you off close to the unit, it's easier to just walk up the hill 5 mins to the main entrance to be picked up. It's kind of difficult to find without being here before first. Unit was clean. Beds comfy. Can't leave any food out on counters, tiny ants/spiders would show up and be all over the counters. Grocery store is real close. I'd stay again. The biggest draw back is the location of the unit. Spent a lot of time going back and fourth to the city, it's a 10 min drive. Not much night life around the place. Everything is closed at 10pm Condo is SUPER quiet. If you're looking to relax, this is the place for you. If you're looking to party, better to be closer to town
