Unit #204G Beautiful, luxurious and spacious 2BR/2BTH condo. Fully furnished and decorated. Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and master bathroom has jetted tub and separate shower. Second floor condo only a few minutes walk to Medano Beach and a short walk to the marina, shops, fine dining and bars. Underground parking, wifi, TV, elevators to all levels, pool, 24 hour security gate and guard. This unit was featured on HGTV's House Hunters International.

Beautiful!

We had an amazing stay at your condo - it was spacious, clean, lots of towels and beach chairs, quick walk to the beach and easy walk to downtown. Sandro was great, he responded quickly to any queries. Carlos and Arturo at the security gate were so friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all our friends!

Location is very dusty & noisey. Accommodations were good but tired linens and fraed towels are in need of upgrades. TV’s not working. Burned out light bulbs in main bath need replacing. Nicely secured building with very friendly guards and property manager was very responsive.

Always a great stay

This is the second time staying at this particular condo. We’ve stayed at the property multiple times because it’s just a quick walk to everywhere. Communication was good with property manager. Condo has everything that you might need. We were only here a few days but had everything we needed.

We will be back!

Perfect in every way! Location location location! We arrived earlier than check in time, but they allowed us to go put our luggage and change into our swimsuits while the cleaning lady was still there. only a five minute walk from the beach and yummy restaurants. Short drive to the marina, Walmart and Costco. Loved having beach chairs and towels. I think the only problem we ran into is the outlet in the main bathroom did not work but no big deal and we couldn’t figure out how to use the oven. other than that our experience was a wonderful one and even the gate people were super nice and made us feel safe. We will definitely be back!

This condo was perfect! So close to medano beach and walkable to the marina. The communication from the host and property manager was always so quick. A short Uber ride to walmart which was really convenient. We loved this condo and can’t wait to come back.

Owner wouldn't attempt to fix pool. Stopped communicating entirely!

A heated pool was a must for my husband and I's 6 week winter get away from MN cold. We ruled out several other properties that didn't have heated pools. The day after we arrived, we got wind from a neighbor that the pool heater wasn't working and unless the condo owners wanted to pay, would not be repaired. When we questioned our host, (not voluntarily informed by them) we were informed that they couldn't afford to fix it. We were told we could leave and be refunded for UNUSED days. After checking around, we couldn't find anyplace open for 6 weeks for last minute booking. The pool never got above 75 degrees as long as we were there and I asked for some type of refund as we didn't get what we contracted for. I received a text from the host, obviously not intended for me. It said" She's F___#ing at it again!" When the electricity was turned off for non payment by the owners (I'm not making this up) a couple of days later, Sandro, the property manager said he would see we get a refund of an agreed on amount of about $10.00 per day. When we didn't get the refund, I asked when to expect it. Sandro said the owners wanted to wait to be sure we left the property in good shape!! We did, of course, being responsible adults who honor their commitments and having a strong history of being good renters with VRBO. That was 6 days ago and despite asking both the hosts and manager, we have had no refund or even had even the courtesy of a response! There were small issues with the cleanliness of the frig, oven, and drawers that I mentioned on arrival that were never even acknowledged. Altogether, there seemed to be no concern for guest satisfaction.

Great location & roomy condo!

We loved the condo! We stayed Jan 21-31, 2023 & there was 4 adults. Every room was very spacious, 5 minute walk to beach. Close walking distance to restaurants, approx 20 min. walk to Marina. We were told the pool was heated and the heater had been broken approximately a month. They got it working 2 days before we left so we were quite disappointed in that because it was one of the reasons we booked the condo was because of the heated pool. Condo is well stocked with soaps, shampoos, cleaning supplies, spices, condiments, dishes & pots & pans. There was also a safe and lawn chairs for beach. It would be nice if there was an umbrella. Arturo at the front gate was fantastic! Spoke English very well & was very helpful. The linens & towels were very worn & stained but we contacted the owners & they had Sandro the property manager buy new sheets & comforters for the beds. Along with some nice bath towels. I do recommend they replace the pillow also. They are in very bad shape. We did find that the kitchen/fridge could of been cleaner. Also we did some maintenance while we were there. Replacing light bulbs, repairing dining room table, changed fridge filter. I would suggest getting a water dispenser for the big water jugs. All in all it was a great place to stay & would definitely recommend it. Thank you!!! F. Johnson Alberta, Canada

Lovely property...had a little mis-communicationwith the property manager, but that was ironed out once I talked to the owner. We found the condo to be well appointed and we had a great time. Wr CERTAINLY will recommend it to others!! P.S., I enjoyed all my communications with the owner!

Wonderful Location and Facility

This spot was a great location, very close to Medano Beach and center of Cabo San Lucas. Condo had great amenities with good security and felt extremely safe. Good communication with owner and manager. Just a great experience.

Location, Location, Location!

Wonderful building and property located just enough out of downtown, but close enough to walk to most everything if you want... The unit is a nicely laid, with good kitchen and bedrooms and bathrooms as described. Negatives: Upon check-in we asked to have the floors redone, as there was large clumps of dirt on the floor, this was quickly resolved. The towel bar in master bathroom was also broken... Not resolved during our stay... Linens are what I would describe as very used (tattered towels, and thread bare sheets.) Unusual for us was the fact that the master suite had no closets that we could hang clothes in... Overall was a great spot to basecamp out of for the 10 days we were in Cabo, very safe gated community, the pool is spotless, and grounds are well maintained. We enjoyed many evenings on the balcony ,and the short walk to Medano beach made our time in Cabo everything we imagined! Would recommend to all!

Location Location LOCATION

This place was AMAZING possibly the best location you can get if you’re not staying in a resort and want to be able to walk out to the beach. It’s so close to everything. Me and my fiancé took a walk on the beach just to see what was around. By the end of the walk we ended up at the Marina. I’m saying that to say the walk there isn’t ass bad as I originally thought it would be. It was so close to Walmart that Uber only cost $3-6 USD. So close to nightlife which I loved! I seen others post about the noise outside however, I don’t think there is much Deanine can do about it. My parents didn’t enjoy it much but it did not bother me. I also had a 18 month old who slept fine though it. It is not an issue during the week, only the weekend. Things to improve would be the pictures of the condo, perhaps better lighting and angles. Having a beach umbrella for guest to use. Lastly would be the address for the place and the directions. Getting a ride to this place was a bit difficult. the the cab service said it was a very vague address which instantly gave me anxiety. The directions Sandro (great manager) sent me made me even more worried I thought it was definitely a scam and we wouldn’t have a place to stay. Looking at the location on the map was a little different than the actual location. Luckily another host had a picture of the building and I used that for directions. The entire ride to the place I was nervous. Once we got to security and they had everyone’s names, I felt a big relief. Needless to say I was very impressed once we got into the condo. When I originally booked this place it was one of my last choices because the pictures were not as nice as some of the others that are in the same building. But I was definitely fooled. This place is beautiful and the pictures do it no justice! If I ever visit Cabo again I will definitely book this place. Side note: don’t let those people get you in the airport. 😃

Perfect location

My family and I stayed there for a week and loved every bit of it! The condo is in the perfect location. We walked to the beach every morning which was quick and easy. Then we would walk back to the condo and spend the afternoon at the pool. We walked to the marina several times which is a little farther than the beach but easy enough for teenagers that generally complain about everything and they didn’t complain once! The condo is spacious and had everything we needed. It’s also a quick drive to Walmart. We stayed at a different condo last year in Cabo but would choose this property in the future because the location was so great. We easily could’ve gone without a car. I highly recommend staying here. I can’t wait to go back!!

Will absolutely be back!

Overall a great experience! Everything in the apartment was as shown on the listing. The apartment was clean, and every single need we didn’t even think we’d have was taken care of, like the beach equipment! Great attention to detail on part of Sandro and he was VERY communicative and answer all of all questions.The apartment had plenty of towels and linens, working TV, WiFi, and air conditioner, GREAT view, and a very close proximity to the beach (10 min) not to mention the location was stellar ubers available and close for walking everywhere . The property felt very safe and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the entire apartment was spacious enough to hold upwards of 6 people. The only suggestion I would have would to be to purchase an umbrella for future patrons to use, as we did not bring one and had to pay $200 pesos every time we went to the beach if we wanted one. However, overall this apartment was AMAZING and we had a wonderful experience staying in it during our trip. Thank you!! We will be back!

Great but be ready for some noise and dust

We stayed a month and remote work from the apartment which has fiber internet at 20/30 Mbit/s which is good enough for zoom sessions and more. It is well situated to walk to the Medano beach and the bars/restaurants which are on the beach. It is a mile from the marina/city center. The condos has a heated pool in front of the apartment which is long enough for swim training. It also has free parking. The local representative for the apartment is very nice and very helpful and easy to reach out using WhatsApp. The downside is the discomfort that the front road and the corridor (main road between Cabo and San Jose) bring like noise and dust. You can rarely enjoy the balcony and can be waken up at night by roaring cars or motorcycles.

Great condo close to the beach and away from the Cabo party

We had a great time in Cabo and the clean/safe condo was part of that. In general, it met our needs well, although there are a few items that could be improved and a few that renters should know. Booking went well and everything in the listing is correct. This was our first trip to Cabo and the owner was helpful in answering some basic questions and making suggestions for the area. I feel I had to prompt a little too much for check-in information. I had to ask for the unit number. There is a local property manager, Sandro, who is excellent. For check-in info, we were told to contact Sandro via WhatsApp, but I had to ask for his number. I messaged Sandro to confirm our arrival and he said they were ready, but no info about checking in. So we showed up and found the unit, which was unlocked, but we had to ask for the code to lock/unlock the door. Sandro said he would have met us there but was expecting a call from us when we were close, even though that wasn't communicated to us. Sandro helped straighten that all out very quickly. The condo was very clean and mostly ready to go for us, mostly. The thermostat was set at 77 and couldn't be adjusted. We asked Sandro to help with that and he contacted the owner who remotely (Nest thermostat) adjusted it to allow us to change it some. There was only one body wash container, but Sandro brought more the next day. We cooked breakfasts and made some lunches and the kitchen worked fine. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and functional. We only used the washer/dryer once to wash the beach towels and they worked fine. Beach towels and chairs were available to use. TV was fair. It is small for the location in such a spacious condo with the couch on the other side of the room. TV is via streaming. We didn't try too hard to find network channels, but there are a lot of options. There were some days that the streaming connection came and went and we had to rejoin the programming. That said, the internet wifi, in general, seemed fine and no connection or bandwidth issues there. The unit does back to a busy road. There is road noise if you sit on the balcony. No issues at all sleeping, quiet inside with the doors closed. Parking is underground and assigned. Five-minute walk to the beach. Safe one mile to the close end of the marina, 1.5 to the far end. This was fine for us. Overall, great place and we would return.

Excellent location, clean and safe property!

Communication leading up to and during the trip was amazing! The owner actually had the property manager meet us for check in. We were happy to have a safe to use to keep passports locked up. Easy walk to the beach and into downtown. Access for COVID testing also within walking distance. We had difficulty getting the TV to work so just used Netflix but when in Cabo we had very little time for TV so was not a big deal. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here if you want a great condo within walking distance to all the beauty and fun Cabo has to offer.

Great location!

The condo is located within a short distance of El Medono beach, which is very nice. Also, easy access to the marina, grocery stores, downtown Cabo, etc. The communication with the owner and property manager was very good from booking throughout our stay. The reason for the 4 stars is that there were issues on our first day with the AC, which made our first night very uncomfortable due to the heat. There were also other things they could have done better to really make it a 5-star. However, I do recommend this property as they were very responsive to our needs during our stay. The grounds are awesome and the condominium complex is very safe.
