The Space:
Casa Azul located in the heart of Copala is a stunning 3-bedroom, two-story home. This great short term rental offers a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

As you step inside, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms awaiting you. The spacious Master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet, and direct access to the patio where your private pool surrounded by lounge chairs. The second bedroom also features a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom offers two cozy twin beds. A full bathroom is between both of these bedrooms. For your convenience there's an additional pull-out bed for an extra guest.

On the second level, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. This inviting space leads to two separate terraces. One overlooks the pool area and features a dining table, a BBQ grill and firepit perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining. The other terrace at the front of the house provides a comfortable seating area where you can relax and enjoy the breeze.

But the real highlight of this vacation home is the fully equipped rooftop. Here, you can enjoy spectacular ocean views while resting on sun lounges or sipping your favorite drink. It's the ideal spot for watching breathtaking sunsets and beautiful ocean views.

Guests in Copala also have exclusive access to more than five community pools, including the Clubhouse with an infinity pool and jacuzzi. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this Copala gem offers the best of both worlds for an unforgettable vacation

Guests staying at Casa Azul will enjoy convenient access to the Copala Clubhouse which is located right next door. This fantastic facility offers an array of amenities, including an infinity pool with mesmerizing views of the Pacific Ocean.

Your experience is elevated even further with exclusive access to the extensive amenities of the Pueblo Bonito Resorts. You'll have the privilege of enjoying over five pools within the community, along with access to a well-equipped gym and a relaxing jacuzzi. Your stay at Casa Azul ensures a truly exceptional getaway with access to an abundance of leisure options.

The Neighborhood:
Copala is located within Quivira, a Luxury development on the North area of Cabo San Lucas. Quivira features a Jack Nicklaus golf course, two Five Star Resorts (Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica), Quivira Club House with a Prime Steak Restaurant, plus other two high end residential communities. All surrounded by perfect landscaping and roads for a morning walk or a run, we offer the option to rent a golf cart and have it delivered at the house.

Getting Around:
Copala offers transportation within Quivira, all you have to do is call Copala Concierge. Also, there is transportation available to Cabo / Medano beach from PB Sunset Beach to PB Rose (reservation through Concierge recommended). Please note that transportation is subject to availability and sometimes waiting times are very long.
There is a $5 USD charge per ride for the shuttle use.

Renting a car is very convenient and parking is complimentary at the premises.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that a $12 Environmental Fee per stay will be applied to all bookings starting February 1, 2025, to support local sustainability.

There is construction around Copala, you might experience some noise during the day, low to mid noise.

Copala is a NON smoking community, smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including Club House and green areas. Smoking is allowed only in the Condo's terrace as long as cigar or cigarette butts are properly disposed. Please be careful, any cigar burn or damage will be deducted from security deposit.

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.

We kindly remind you that pets are NOT allowed on this property, If you are planning to travel with your pet or service dog please let us know, and we will be happy to find a place for you, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.

This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines

Relaxing family trip

We loved our stay at Copala - great mix of relaxing and enjoying the sunshine and warmth at our fabulous condo/house and condo complex and getting out and enjoying the food and activities of Cabo. The property staff were amazing and super responsive to some water issues we experienced and always quick to respond. Loved every minute of i! We'll be back!
