This privately owned penthouse at Villa La Estancia sets the scene for an amazing vacation getaway! The rooftop view of the water on Cabo's most reknowned oceanfront, Medano Beach, has unparalleled sweeping views of the famous Lands End rock formation and Sea of Cortez. 
This penthouse is one of a kind! With over 4500 square feet of interior living space and over 1100 square feet of expanded outdoor terrace, what more can you ask for? 
It boasts a gourmet kitchen, top of the line cookware and stainless steel appliances. The large contemporary kitchen is full equipped with a breakfast bar area, dining table, full size refrigerator, and many appliances. There is a fully stocked pantry area along with a full laundry room. The drinking water is completely filtered throught the Villa Las Estancia complex. 
There are two master Suites each with a king bed and private full bath. One of the master suites has a pull-out queen-sized sofa. The guest suite is equipped with two queen beds and a full private bath. A fourth full bath equipped with a shower, is off of the living room. This amazing penthouse can sleep 10 adults.
There is a spacious living area with upscale furnishings. There is satellite TV throughout , an LCD TV in the beautiful living room, and flat screens on all of the bedrooms.
