The Space:

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo at Terrasol Beach Resort sleeps up to 4 guests on the sand in Cabo San Lucas. Step off your private patio directly onto the beach, with the Pacific Ocean and nightly sunsets as your backdrop — it's the kind of access that turns a good vacation into an unforgettable one.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Both bedrooms feature king-sized beds and Smart TVs for lazy mornings or late-night streaming. The primary suite opens directly onto the beachfront patio through sliding glass doors and includes a private bathroom. The second bedroom has ensuite access to the second bathroom, which also connects to the main living area.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The open-plan layout floods the space with natural light and showcases Mexican décor and artwork throughout. Gather around the statement dining table — built on a tree-trunk base with seating for 4 — for home-cooked meals or morning coffee before heading to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, blender, and everything you need to prep breakfast or mix margaritas between beach sessions.



Outdoor Amenities

Your private patio sits right on the sand, furnished with sun loungers and a gas BBQ for beachfront grilling. The resort offers two pools — including an oceanfront option lined with umbrellas and loungers — plus beach access that puts you steps from the water. You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)
