Tervetuloa 6202 Casa Sue!

Tämä merinäköalalla hiljattain remontoitu kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto sijaitsee Misionesin kallioilla ja vain muutaman minuutin päässä Cabo San Lucasin keskustasta. Merinäköala on upea, ja valaiden tarkkailua marraskuusta huhtikuuhun voi nauttia kannella joko lepotuoleilla varhain aamulla auringossa tai illalla auringonlaskun poikkipinta-sohvalla. Kannen märkä baari, minijääkaappi ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu grilli ovat vain joitain upeista ominaisuuksista, puhumattakaan 75 tuuman Smart TV: stä olohuoneessa, jossa on satelliitti ja langaton internet. Keittiö on sisustettu kauniisti kuparialtailla, graniittisillä ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla. Jääkaappi sisältää jääkaapin ja suodatetun veden.

Lomakeskus tarjoaa kaksi rantaa; Monumenttiranta on ihanteellinen kokeneille surffailijoille, ja Cabo Ballo -ranta on ihanteellinen snorklaukseen, meriaarteiden keräämiseen tai vain rentoutumiseen ja auringon parkimiseen. Kaksi kaunista uima-allasta, joista toisessa on näköala merelle ja toisessa on uima-allasbaari. Casa Suessa on kaikki mitä tarvitset lomastasi täydelliseksi; snorklausvarusteet kahdelle, aurinkotuolit, aurinkovarjo rannalle, jäähdytin ja rantapyyhkeet. Tuo vain Corona ja olet valmis päivälle!

Suuri makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone ja kannelle johtavat lasiovet. Jos tämä on työpäivä, niin työpöytä ja langaton tulostin ovat saatavana. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja iso ikkuna, josta on näköala merelle. Huoneistossa on vasta asennettu ilmastointilaite, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, kuten astianpesukone ja paljon välineitä ruoanlaittoon tai suosikkimargaritan tekemiseen! Uusi Costco ja Wal-Mart sijaitsevat alle mailin päässä ja mini-mart on vain minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Sunrock-hotellista. Kotikokki- ja spa-palvelut ovat tarjolla hemmoteltuun elämäntapaan.

Beautiful Condo

My friend and really enjoyed our stay in Puerto Vallarta. We stayed in 6202 and it had the most awesome views of the ocean and being able to see the ships and big yachts go out to sea every morning and then come back in in the evenings. It was so relaxing. Our host Rodrigo was so nice and patient with us. We loved Daniel he helped us take us in the golf cart because we are older so it was harder for us to walk.

Misiones Gem

We absolutely love this condo in Misiones. One of the best whale watching decks we’ve ever had. Spacious 2 bed/bath with huge tv and everything we needed for a great 10 days. The refrigerator wasn’t working when we arrived and they replaced it with a new one very quickly. Always received a quick response with any question we submitted. Only improvement I could suggest would be better water pressure in the master bath. Book early because we tried to return in 2026 but they were already blocked for February!

What a Patio! What a View!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Sue. There was plenty of space for my wife and teenage son to spread out. The full-size kitchen was perfect for our needs and came fully stocked. It was SO nice to sit out on the deck and enjoy the view while eating, playing cards or just watching life go by on the water. Oh yeah, and there are whales! Lots and lots of whales! We were very glad to have packed our binoculars and recommend anyone visiting to do the same. Everyone we met at the resort, from guests to owners to staff, were very friendly. The swim-up bar/restaurant was reasonably priced with a happy-hour every day from 4-5. (The Malibu shrimp tacos were out of this world!)Kristen with Cabo PM went above and beyond with arranging delivery and pick-up of our rental car for a day trip to Todos Santos. Downtown San Lucas and the Fresko market, right up the street, were just quick Uber rides away. The private beach is just a walk down the stairs and was never busy. In the evening, a short walk to Monuments Beach was a perfect place to watch the sun set over the Arch.This condo was exactly what we were looking for; a peaceful, quiet place to recharge and recenter. We'd definitely stay here again.

Review

The condo wasn’t bad. However, it’s not really accurate when it comes to the closeness of the private beach. It’s not a long walk, but it’s all down hill to get there and then up a very steep flight of stairs to get to the beach itself. Which means on the way back, it’s all uphill. Also the beach isn’t soft sand and it’s not meant to swim. You would need to find another beach if that’s what you were planning on doing. The swim up bar was awesome and all of the bartenders and workers were fantastic. However, we were there during the “HOA” meet week and were anything but welcomed. We were given dirty looks and comments made about us being there. You could tell this was not a place that really welcomed outsiders. As for the location, it was great. Close to downtown and very easy to get an Uber or taxi. Along with being close to a grocery store. The property manager of this condo was very communicative and also easy to correspond with. Overall we had a nice stay in cabo, but will not be staying at this condo again. It was more of a retirement community and not a friendly one.

This is our second time staying at Missiones. As the last time we loved it. The condo was amazing!! Great views. Perfect spot for 4 people. We absolutely love the pool and the pool bar is so awesome. Jared and Andres are amazing. We will definitely be back.

Amazing view and patio.. Husband loved the big couch and I loved my spot on the lounge chairs with the Million dollar view! Great bed-comfy! Large big space that was great for my husband & I plus our 28yr old son for 12 nights ❤️ Love the pool, grill (amazing burgers), & bar+swim up at... Awesome staff!!!! Go see Luis and Andres ❤️😁👍 seriously only 15+ min to drive into Cabo San Lucas. However.. I personally loved the more chill location here! Close to many grocery stores.. I could go on sincerely... The gate guys will take your luggage and groceries to your room on golf cart if you ask.. They are amazing. Property is beautiful! OK I'll stop 😉 But.. You should definitely go! 😍 h and I and our 28yr old

The views from the condo alone are worth the trip. It was perfect for two couples. The walk to the beach was a little difficult for two of us, both having foot issues, but so worth it. We would not however have been able to handle carrying the chairs etc. so kindly provided at the condo. The kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms, and laundry. The food at the pool bar was delicious, and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the YouTubeTv was not working whilst we were there, despite constant efforts by Kristen, Rodrigo, and his tech. We were hoping to grill out one night and catch the first NBA Championship game. No biggie, there was still so much to do. Overall, this a great place to stay and we would go back. Taxis are readily available if you wish to go into the more touristy areas. We loved our stay.

Beautiful views

My wife and I decided to try something new instead of our usual resort on Medano beach. This place truly hit all the marks. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, large two bedroom two bath unit, and the most spectacular view from a very large patio/balcony. It has a large sectional, table, BBQ, and two lounge chairs where you can enjoy the sounds of the crashing waves. You are so close to the ocean that at night you can fall asleep listening to the waves. The only 2 things I would change is having more than the one TV in the living room and more lounge chairs at the pool. The description says you can use other pools but we didn’t see any that had lounge chairs. Great swim up bar with really good drinks and food. Very reasonable prices! We will definitely return.

Heaven On Earth

We had such an amazing experience. Absolutely loved Casa Sue. The pictures don't do it justice. The view is spectacular. We found it so peaceful and were out there on the patio every single day sometimes before sunrise other times after midnight. Both beaches were incredible enjoyed the quiet without all the vendors and such. The pools were so relaxing and the bar/grill served wonderful food and drinks. We loved watching the whales, the hummingbirds and many other species. Rodrigo and Pablo were absolutely fantastic and amazing they went above and beyond in their service. They treated us just like family and we consider them to be now. I would love to host them one day in Kentucky. Daniel and Luiz both also were so fantastic. There was nothing we wanted for they did not assist us to get. Thanks to Kristen as well she made sure everything went smoothly with the entire booking process. Also would love to thank the ladies that were there when we arrived making sure our condo was spotless. They did a wonderful job and were so sweet. We loved staying with you all at Casa Sue and will definitely return one day again. We had an incredible vacation that I can’t imagine we will ever surpass. Your resort is nothing short of stunning. Thank you all for everything. Again thank you so much my 50th birthday was fantastic!!! Until next time...

Relaxation with a view

Wonderful Condo and an even better view. My wife and I really enjoyed the outside balcony. Would definitely return again. Condo was just as described. There was an issue with main shower which we were advised of before arrival but was not an issue since there are 2 bathrooms. Everything else was perfect. CPM was very helpful with all of my request prior to arrival.
