Chalet't – Cabourg

”Fundamentally a large (busy) pool with a hotel attached. Strange smell pervades common parts. Functional rather than opulent. Bright lighting everywhere. Small, well appointed rooms with comfortable beds. Small lifts too, lengthy waits to change floors. Mostly clean but we encountered a few unwelcome hairs in the bath, and the hot water was not very hot! Unappetising breakfast which we declined, but they tried charge us nethertheless. So an average experience which we will not be...

”While it’s not exactly cheap, you certainly do get a real 5 star experience.”

”The room was clean and efficient - ideally located to get into dives/mer and Cabourg - if you planning on coast hopping it’s not far from Deauville and Caen”

”A nice and quite hotel, suitable for a family vacation.”

”Friendly staff, great feeling and a stunning, beautiful city.”

”Le petit déjeuner est très bien”

”The room was clean, but needed updating. Staff on reception were polite and helpful. Parking was available right outside the hotel.”

”The hotel is very clean and nice. The hosts were very welcoming and the breakfast was good with lots of variety. We liked the location as we were driving to tour the Normandy beaches as well as Mont St Michel. I would stay here again.”

”Friendly and helpful staff. Good and safe parking. Excellent restaurant and dining options. Location is good. Easy to get in any direction without too much traffic. Breakfast was quite poor.”

”Easy to find from the main road, very clean and modern rooms with comfy beds. The out of hours login for reception was quite intuitive but older people may struggle if they dont like technology. 1 member of staff was there to help with some peoples after we had already checked in and seemed very helpful. I would recommend this to others”

”This is a nice hotel in a tranguil location in the middle of the countryside. The breakfast is amazing, that was absolutely the best part of our stay. Unfortunately there was no AC in our room. To manage the heat we kept windows open at night. Even though we didn’t have the lights on, the mosquitoes got in.”

”Excellent location in relation to the city center. Pets allowed, but the price for two small dogs (4 kg) is quite high. We have stayed at this hotel before and the swimming pool is a nice addition. This time we just didn't get to enjoy it because one person takes the chairs for four people and they stand empty for hours. We won't choose this hotel again because 'reserving chairs' is not part of this type of hotel. We tried the breakfast, but everything was sold out when we arrived for breakfast...

”Viihtyisä kodikas pieni hotelli. Ystävällinen palvelu. Rauhallinen alue.”

”Kiva pieni hotelli hyvällä sijainilla. Hiukan meluisat huoneet.”

”This was such a great stay! Great location. Really welcoming staff and such a cozy getaway from the city.”
