The apartment is located on the first floor of a small courtyard on the side of a town house in Cabourg. It is accessed by a staircase that leads directly to a private entrance.
The apartment has a main living room with a kitchen area equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Next to the kitchen, a dining area for four people invites you to socialize.

In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed is available for guests or to watch television. Natural light floods the room thanks to a window that overlooks the interior courtyard.
The bedroom is directly accessible from the living room, it is comfortable with a cozy double bed (160) and a large wardrobe to store your belongings. It also has direct access to the bathroom with a shower and a sink, as well as to the toilet.

A washing machine and a clothes horse are at your disposal.

The accommodation also offers free WIFI access.
