We then got room No. 2. It was okay but the shower cap was disgustingly dirty. This was also in room No. 6. The personnel cleaned both, though. The cushions smelled like poo. We could not use them and made our own cushions out of clothes. 3. There came only cold water. Hot water would have cost 5 dollars...

”At beginning we got a bad impression because the receptionist didn't tell us anything about the system in the hotel. The breakfast wasn't a buffet as mentioned in the booking website. Also the receptionist who checked us in didn't mention the possibility to use the pool at Ylang Ylang resort. Fortunately the young waiters were very helpful and told us everything, especially one girl. At check out the open voucher with the information of my credit card couldn't be found so that it could be...

”The Suite was very nice and luxurious with lots of towels and amenities that we needed. Very calming with a great view. The service was amazing, always on time fresh breakfast. They even brought me a special salsa as requested. They also did laundry daily as needed especialy with all the water activities and rain. I highly recommended this hotel, we will be coming back. Make sure to book a 4x4, its agood drive up hill, but definitely worth it! ”
