Situated in a perfect location to make the most of the stunning Snowdonia national park and the world heritage site. The lake and the snowdon path is only a short stroll away.
An extensive array of activities can be started right from the doorstep, whether you want to hike, mountain bike, climb, wild swim or paddle board.
The views are spectacular.
There are pubs, restaurants and convenience stores all within a 5 minute walk.
The space
The house has been done up beautifully with views of the mountains out of the back bedroom window to wake up to! Everything you may need is provided in the house to make your stay enjoyable!

The log burner is perfect for cosy winter nights and the outdoor space is perfect for enjoying the summer sun. There is also a 42 inch TV including Now TV with movies and entertainment packages for settling down in the evenings. So whatever time of year you visit we hope you will love our place.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3 has a single bed and chest of drawers.
All beds also have bedside tables.
Should a 6th guest be required then we have a full size single mattress with a sturdy trundle base which we can put into the property alongside the double bed in bedroom 2. Please note this will greatly limit floor space in that room. You may request us to leave it elsewhere if you feel that would be more suitable but it's likely to be a bit in the way!

A well behaved dog is welcome but please ensure they stay downstairs and not on the furniture please :).

Property has a front garden, a back garden with table and chairs and the entire property is for your own private use including living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom (with separate bath and large shower) and three bedrooms.
Other things to note
Handy note: we have another beautiful house just across the road with occupancy for 6, so if you have a group of up to 12 then we can accomodate you between the two!

We really hope you love our house and the local area, with the Snowdonia national park and the world heritage site, you really couldn't pick a more beautiful location. There is so much to see and do here all year round! We love being able to pop down to the lake for a swim and a picnic!

There is paddle boarding, bike hire, high ropes courses, guided expeditions, waterfalls, wild swimming spots, rock climbing and more all within walking distance of the property!!
There is even an outdoor equipment shop right on the corner at the end of the street (along with a lovely cafe)!
