”Beautiful setting. Great hosts. Wonderful hotel dog. Comfortable room. Delicious breakfast whether we choose the included continental or the optional menu order. Mountains all around, river flowing close by with nice path for our evening walk. Village close by for dinner options. Easy drive for hiking from the passes and sightseeing in Caernarfon and Conwy and points between and around.”

”This is a lovely place to stay. We were well looked after, my gluten free dietary needs were catered for and the staff were very accommodating. The house is old so we expected that the rooms might be ‘quirky’ but we had a dangerous fault with our shower that could have resulted in serious scalding incident. We have informed the managers so they can deal with it. Dinner was 5* as you’d expect in a place with a chef of this calibre - wine and port also excellent. Pricey, but not excessive....

”The most beautiful, well equipped cottage a short walk from Beddgelert with stunning views and an ideal spot for hiking, walking and trips on the WHR. We cannot recommend the place enough. Perfect for a few days away with a dog too!”
