Angelica's House

La Casa di Angelica is a vacation rental for short-term stays, featuring two bedrooms that sleep a total of 4 people (one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds), a crib is available for children up to 3 years old, a living room with a TV, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and
. The bathroom is a good size and features a bidet, in addition to a toilet and sink, as well as a spacious 80x120 shower with glass doors. The laundry area, with a sink and washing machine, is located in a separate space from the bathroom; hot water is supplied by a gas water heater, so it’s always available.
The house is equipped with sheets and towels, as well as beach umbrellas and, upon request, beach towels (the latter for a fee)
Wi-Fi internet connection, elevator, and private parking (for a fee). All rooms are air-conditioned with heat pumps and radiators. The house is located in a central area,
near the Teatro Lirico,
Piazza Giovanni XXIII,
Via Dante, and the shopping districts, Parco della Musica, and the San Benedetto fish market. The house is in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and the windows are double-glazed for excellent soundproofing; there are also mosquito screens on every window and balcony door.
The area is well-served by buses to Poetto Beach and other parts of the city
