”This property is amazing, 3 huge rooms, each with a large en-suite and aircon, plus 2 further bathrooms downstairs. The kitchen is very big with a large American fridge freezer, coffee machines etc and all the appliances you will need. But the best part is the outdoor pool & BBQ area. The pool is fantastic, fresh water and very big. No neighbours around, so peaceful and tranquil away from crowds and noisy towns. The BBQ area is a great place to cook in the evening and watch the sun go down...

”We stayed in this house for two weeks and felt very comfortable. The house has a lot of living space and is well equipped. From here you have a good starting point to explore the entire island - travel time to Palma or the east coast is approx. 30 minutes.”

”The stay was mostly perfect. Unfortunately, we lost the water halfway through our stay, and it took over a day to get it properly back in place, after contacting the landlord repeatedly. A bit unfortunate when you can't shower or go to the toilet..”

”The property was very nice, clean, spacious and the pool was lovely. The car parking area was a good addition. The beds are comfortable but would have been nice to have some extra pillows. We were a family of 7 staying here and having a supermarket down the road was very helpful. It is well stocked and also has fresh bread and croissants. The patisserie was also very nice. Villafranca is a good location for touring the island. We had a lovely time at this villa.”

”Wonderful house within a 5 minute stroll to the town centre. Fabulous collection of art and objets d'art and so many areas to eat outside and inside. Excellent pool area with fridge, dishwasher and new gas bar b q . We had a fabulous time and would like to thank Juan for looking after us so well.”

Loved the resident cat and chickens that roam around. A car is essential for staying here. Loads of hot water for showers. The beds were comfortable, kitchen really well equipped and plenty of board games. We did have a lot of mosquito bites which is obviously not the property fault but bring plenty of repellent. ”Wir hatten mit unseren 3 kleinen Kindern einen sehr entspannten Urlaub und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus ist wirklich toll und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Es wurde liebevoll renoviert, bietet jeglichen Komfort und ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es waren sogar Gewürze vorhanden und Tabs für die Spülmaschine. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer mit sauberen Handtüchern. Auch die Betten waren bequem und sauber. Nach einer Woche wurden ohne Aufforderung sowohl...
