Set in the outskirts of the mountain village Mancor de la Vall, this villa with private pool can comfortably accommodate 5 people.
Enjoy a swim in the 5.7m x 3.7m private chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.5m to 1.7m. Lay down on five loungers and enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun while the children are playing in the pool (we can supply you with a pool fence). The porch and the terrace are nice spots for having a barbecue with friends. A small garden with fruit trees provides you with fresh lemons and oranges (pending on the season). The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

The bright rooms are distributed on two floors. The air conditioned sitting-dining room invites you to sit down on the sofa and watch a film on the TV (satellite) or to enjoy a nice family dinner. The well equipped kitchen has everything you may need for cooking, including a vitro hob. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

You can choose between three bedrooms, one with twin beds, one with a double bed and the latter with a single bed. If you come with your baby, we'll prepare a cot and a high chair upon request. There are two shower bathrooms available, one of them outdoors. One bedroom has a safe box and there are two fans.

Mancor de la Vall is a quiet mountain village in the Tramuntana Mountains, perfect for hiking and cycling, for example to Ses Fonts Ufanes or the Campanet Coves. In the town center there are good restaurants and a grocery shop. More services are located in Inca, 5 km from the house. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to the north coast and to beautiful beaches like Playa de Muro, Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia.

Relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings . Great to experience a different side of Majorca .

Beautiful clean with lots of great outside space whether you prefer sun or shade . 5 mins walk to local shop and bar - Forn de La vall great food and reasonably priced . 5km drive to Lidl I did not like: Not a problem to us however there was a vat at the property that needed to be fed and came and went through the cat flap. If a guest was unaware and had allergies this could be a problem. Slight confusion on arrival as keys were not in locked box as stated and we had to contact third party booking agent by emergency number . Issue solved quickly and someone brought keys and showed us around property

Top Unterkunft !!!

Es war wirklich wunderschön. Die Zimmer so liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war sehr beeindruckend wie auf jedes Detail bei der Einrichtung geachtet wurde. Der Patio Bereich gemütlich.Einfach eine wunderbare Oase . Der Hauskater Miu Miu ein wirklich knuffiger Kerl der ab und zu mal vorbeischaut zum kurzen Schmusen und nach dem rechten sieht ...einfach herrlich. Marga die Hausdame und gute Seele ist eine sehr sympathische und liebevolle Frau die sich rührend und sehr gewissenhaft um alles kümmert . Der Ort ist fernab vom Trubel ein wirkliches Kleinod. Der Pool bietet jederzeit erfrischende Momente.Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefüllt. Leider ist der Parkplatz direkt am Haus wirklich nur für ein sehr kleines Auto geeignet. Aber man findet im Dorf mit etwas Geduld Alternativen. Schlimm waren die Moskitos.Wir waren alle komplett zerstochen . Die Mückenplage auf Mallorca die im Vorfeld in allen Medien angepriesen wurde hat sich leider als zutreffend erwiesen. Trotzdem....es war wunderschön.

Si vous avez la chance de pouvoir réserver ce logement, n'hésitez pas. Situé dans un village au milieu de l'île, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Marga, la propriétaire vous accueillera. Elle est attentionné, et son logement est très propre. Elle vient parfois arrosé son jardin ou nettoyer la piscine mais sans passer par la maison. Vous pourrez garer votre voiture dans un garage. attention si vous êtes allergique ou n'aimer pas les animaux il y a un petit chat tout mignon qui partage la cuisine avec vous.

It had everyting that we expected and more!

We very much liked our stay in the apartment. It had everything that we expected and more! Mancor is a nice little town with lovely views from the very flowerous garden to the surrounding mountains even from the pool. The owner is very nice and aproachable and comes to water flowers daily to make sure they brighten up your day. Highly recommended. We very much liked your stay at the apartment.

Vielen Dank für die se schöne Woche bei Ihnen.

Wir haben in dieser Haus eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Alles war sehr sauber, Kommunikation bestens, und im Ort sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants vorhanden. Auch sehr schöne Ausflüge nach Inca, zum Kloster Lluc oder zum Orient sind nicht weit. Wir werden auf alle Fälle nochmals zurückkommen.

Le gros point fort de la maison est la propreté, tout était nickel ! Rien ne manquait, on avait tout à disposition. La maison est charmante et reposante. La piscine un vrai bonheur, de taille moyenne. Il y a la climatisation dans une chambre et dans le salon. Concernant la localisation, 25 min de Palma, la maison se trouve dans un petit village, il est donc indispensable d'être véhiculé. Nous recommandons pour une famille avec enfants (lit bébé, chaise bébé disponibles). Au top !”

Just back from two weeks staying at this great house.

Just back from two weeks staying at this great house. It's pretty much exactly as it looks in the pictures! Lovely garden with fruit you can pick and use if it's in season. The pool was also used pretty much every day. Marga, the owner, is lovely. It really helped though that I've got 'okay' Spanish as otherwise it would have been all sign language. We saw her maybe 4 or 5 times over two weeks. She comes to maintain the pool and give the terrace a quick sweep but we never found it overbearing. She lives a few doors up and she will take care of the rubbish, once you separate it correctly and leave it in the outdoor bins. There are separating instructions provided; I found the collection schedule in the garage if you're interested. Kitchen is really well equipped with both crockery and pots/pans/utensils/gadgets etc. and we cooked regularly. However I would bring a supply of d/w tabs and condiments with you (inc. salt) as you wouldn't get thru whole packs on hols. There were only two negatives and they are completely out of the control of the owner - do not let it put you off this house! Firstly, there's a bit of ambient noise - the road looks like it's the middle of nowhere on the map, but it's quite busy in actuality. This is easily worked around by ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. In addition, and this seems to be fairly widespread across the island at the moment from what we can figure out - the mosquitoes! Basically, pack ear plugs and mosquito repellant/calamine lotion and you'll be fine. (Or we picked up a great trick for about 4 hours relief from the compulsion to scratch. Get a hot (not so hot it burns you obviously) damp flannel, place directly on the bite and leave it for about 15 seconds.) The house is about a 6 or 7 minute drive from Inca which has everything you need, including a train station if you don't want to drive all the way to Palma (€5.90 return) and also a great weekly market which takes over most of the town on Thursdays. We definitely recommend the house!
