Normally I would never consider a B&B as I like the independence of a top class hotel but Stephanie and Adrian quickly made me feel totally at home. A pure delight of a place with superb breakfast and dinner. Also little things like suddenly jasmine tea suddenly being available when I had simply asked if they had any on the previous day. ”A busy friendly pub hotel that made us feel very welcome. Very clean, very large comfy bed. A quiet large warm room and clean bathroom. Staff were friendly and obliging and breakfast delicious. Loved the fact a table at dinner was reserved even without asking and then you could choose not to take it. We did and the menu was varied in a dining room that took good COVID precautions. We enjoyed our dinner. Really great value for money and would definitely recommend.”

We enjoyed a drink at the onsite bar. It is worth checking the location on Google Maps as it is a little off the beaten track, but that is part of its charm. ”
