”Kitchen facilities were great. Security was great. The pools were fantastic. Beds were a bit soft. The light from outside the property made me wake up throughout the night as I thought it was morning all of the time.”
”This is not 5 stars how it is usually understood. Overall stay was okay. Bed is uncomfortable and air conditioning was not working well so bit too hot to sleep. Roomservice (cleaning) came only twice during our stay (6 days). Poolservice was poor. Sparkling wine ordered was with no bubbles and warm. Also fries were old and dried. Nobody asked how was our stay when checked out so this is not 5 stars at all but area was nice and convinient for our stay. ”

”Very nice hotel close to Cairns cener and airport. Nice and clean rooms with view. Big pool but not enough sun beds. All of them were reserved with towels already by 8 am! No shower at the pool. ”
