”We stayed 6 nights in February 2017. - Wonderful staff, always extremely pleasant and helpful. - Great location, close the markets, shops, restaurants, cafés, esplanade and lagoon., - Free safe parking - Very roomy, well equipped and quiet apartment. You can even find a washing machine in the room. - Lovely pool area with barbeque facility. Next visit in Cairns I will definitely stay at Il Palazzo, it is just perfect”

”Paikka oli aika perustasoa. Huone oli siisti ja hiljainen. Keskustaan oli 15 minuutin kävelymatka ja satamaan 20 min.”

”Erinomaisella paikalla sijaitseva hotelli, nightmarket 50m päässä. Uima-allas alue on harmillisesti talviaikana katoksen alla mutta kesä kuumalla suoja on varmasti tarpeen. Hotelli oli hyvinpidetty ja siisti. Aamiainen oli kattava ja palvelu aamiaisella loistava! Ekologisuudesta; pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä, kuten aina hyvissä hotelleissa mutta käytetyt vietiin myös pois vaikka ne olisivatkin olleet naulassa. Hotelli infoa emme saaneet sisäänkirjatumisen aikana ollenkaan. Luulimme myös,...

”Exceeded our expectations by far. The club level room was so worth the extra cash…the view of the water and marina was spectacular. The room is a little dated as is the rest of the property but it is immaculately clean and the staff incredibly welcoming. The breakfast buffet was vast with something for everyone (the scrambled eggs weren’t good though). Wouldn’t hesitate to return for another stay. ”

”Great apartment with excellent views across the creek and beyond. Well equipped and furnished throughout and very comfortable. Close to the centre of town with just a 5 minute walk to the marina, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and lagoon.”

”First off, the location is perfect and the marina view is definitely the way to go. The room we had was very calming, and the bed was super comfortable. We loved waking up and having our coffee on the balcony watching the ships go out for the day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I don’t have a single negative thing to say. I 100% recommend the Shangri-La and the marina room—it’s worth the cost. We would go back in a heartbeat!!”

”Amazing little family owned hotel, like a little hidden paradise! Also the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed on, our room was so clean when we arrived that you could have eaten off the floor. Everything was spotless and beautiful. The hotel garden and pool are a little small, but so beautiful and relaxing! The plants make the area feel hidden from rest of the world. All the staff was really nice, but the star was the family's cat who you could often find resting in the lobby. I love him...
