”Hotellin eri huoneet ovat jakaneet mielipiteitä. Me olimme varanneet kahden makuuhuoneen Ocean sviitin merinäköalalla. Noin viikko ennen saapumistamme esitimme toiveen sen saamisesta ylimmästä kerroksesta lukemaamme kritiikkiin viitaten.
Hotelliin tullessamme meille tarjottiin sviitti keskikerroksesta. Päähuoneisto keittiöineen ja näköaloineen vastasi odotuksiamme, mutta erillinen toinen makuuhuone ei. Se haisi voimakkaasti homeelle emmekä voineet sitä sen johdosta hyväksyä. Henkilökunta ei...

”The hotel was really peaceful and the staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel locates a bit further out (300 m) of the "main street" from the beach front, so shops and restaurants are at 10 minutes walking distance. The beach is 50 m away, but swimming at that point is on your own risk - stinger and crocodile protected area with a net can be found just 800 m ahead. Pool area is nice and there are suitable pools for all ages.”

”We would recommend avoiding booking here if you are relying on the advertised shuttle service from the airport. What they do a poor job of communicating is that the shuttle service they have costs $200 and must be booked 48hrs in advance.
As another heads up to anyone who this may effect who are booking soon: the pool was quite unclean during our stay and the spa was run down with no schedule to repair it.
All of this said, the rooms were fairly clean and the staff were very friendly.”
