Stayed two nights - no cleaning or towels changed. Applied new towels from reception and kindly told about problem - answer was: "Oh" and nothing else. Host was very friendly and welcoming, Jessica was very proactive and responsive. The decor was top level and elegant. The location made it ideal as our stayed occurred during snow storm Fern which allowed easy access to groceries and restaurants.
