”Cannot rate this place highly enough! An excellent stay. Very spacious and clean room/suite with great amenities (Japanese jacuzzi!). Very helpful and friendly hosts in a great hotel/bar/restaurant. Good location only a few minutes walk into the town. First time in Kings Lynn and we were very pleasantly surprised with the town”

”My family and I enjoyed our two nights at the lodge. The rooms and the ensuite bathroom are neat (though there was no toilet brush) and have got its own television. The kitchen also has a sitting area to relax, a dinning and its own television, all basic cooking utensils are available. Most importantly the gentle man in charge was reachable, responsive and respectful. If I were to visit Kings Lynn again I'll definitely lodge here.”

We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. ”So pleased we picked Ffolkes for our stay, we had a brilliant time. The facilities are all spotlessly clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful and it was just a very pleasant stay. The spa has a number of different hot and cold experiences which were all excellent. We stayed in the spa loft room with cinema baths and dart board area. Would definitely stay in the same room again. Thanks for a lovely stay!”
