”Hotel Castello suited me so well as a single traveler. The staff were the best part for me - so nice and accommodating. My poor Italian was not a problem when I had questions for the front desk staff. They helped me to book a boat trip to La Maddalena islands. I had a room facing the road. It was cleaned every day with fresh towels as needed. Breakfast was plentiful. Golfo Aranci town and marina is a short drive away or a 15 minute easy walk. The beach behind the hotel has very soft sand....

She could not have been more pleasant or helpful with onboarding, dining recommendations, reservations, taxi arrangements, etc. …and even welcoming us back post departure when our flights were cancelled for a long afternoon. The only caution I’d offer is that with the courtyard suites, the expansive bath/toilet is on the second floor, bed is on the main floor and there isn’t much...

Clear instructions on access to building. Manager was there when I arrived and registration was easily completed. Building recently renovated (last three years) and modetn in all amenities. A pleasure to stay there. ”
