”Extremely unsatisfied as I left belongings in room after checkout, called that night and told them where I left my belongings and I got the impression that they could care less. I called again the next morning , no one was in that room and someone-I assumed was front desk said they went up to the room and didn’t find anything-my items were presents😡☹️”

”Nice hotel at St.Petersburg. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was typical american.The warm food was boiled egg and sausages. Different type of sausages on different days.
Floor of the bathroom was a bit sticky. The toilet seat collar was not clean. Room was clean. Towels were changed and soap and shampoo were replenished daily. Coffee/Tea was available all the time. I would come again.”

”El personal fue muy amable. Fuimos a este hotel por la cercanía al Raymond James Stadium. Cuandonregresamos del concierto, nos regalaron botellas de agua, muy amablemente. El desayuno es sencillo pero delicioso, salchichas, huevo, waffles, pero todo espectacular. El café , delicioso. La localizacion, increíble. Me sorprende que a pesar de la cercanía con el aeropuerto no hubo ruido”

”There was a mix up with our room but was quickly adjusted and staff went out of their way to help up and get us to where we needed to be. We were very close to the pool and area restaurants. ”
