”Everything was so clean and the staff was super nice. My boyfriend and I had the private room and bathroom for 5 nights in early January. I was afraid it would be too cold or hot but there was a thermostat we could adjust ourselves. The subway stations are very close and even in the evening I felt safe walking back to the hotel. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in NYC. ”

”Amazing staff and lots of activitie to do for solo traveler. Free breakfast was very good. Comfy bed and privacy curtains were huge plus. Would highly recommend!”

”If you really want to stay next to walk of fame, then this is your place! This literally is right on the walk, so be prepared of loads of tourists, souvenirshops and bars, there really isn't anything else than the walk of fame. The hostel itself was nice, full of young backpackers and friendly staff. We had some problem with the tv, but it got fixed right away.

”Hostel was well-kept and the bathrooms and kitchen were always clean. The lockers in dorms could be bigger, I would’ve liked more space to lock things up. 6 bed dorm felt too small and crowded with everyone’s bags and suitcases on the floor. It was ok for a short stay but I wouldn’t choose it again. The hostel is good option if you want to be seaside, it’s only steps away from the beach. Just know that without car you need to be catching buses or Ubers to go anywhere in San Diego, it’s not...

”Splendid location. Sparkling clean. Completely comfortable bed with personal climate control, blackout/privacy curtains, and ample outlets and storage. Front desk was very welcoming and professional. Highly recommended. ”
