Huoneistohotellit – Caladesi Island State Park

”I have stayed here many times over the last 35 years. I was born and raised in Dunedin. This property has so much potential but is fairly run down and in need of renovation. The location is great as it's Central to many restaurants & businesses in Downtown Dunedin. It's also on the water w/beautiful sunsets and views of Barrier Islands. The swimming pool available for guests is a nice size but is in desperate need of resurfacing. We enjoy the Marker 8 bar for its drinks and there's also live...

”Pelican point was easy to find and very clean. The front desk attendant was very efficient. The facilities is showing some need of updating or repair but overall a good stay.”

”Great property with a fantastic view!”

”Like: Great unit. It was clean, had kitchen necessities . Outstanding Location with water view from pool deck and a very cool downstairs tiki bar. Trolley to Clearwater outside entry. Only dislike: no direct water access or dock. I felt like photo was pre hurricanes. ”

”Amazing stay! The place was one of the best ever . Not one thing to complain ! Immaculate apartment, kitchen ware superb, view the best ever.”

”Erinomainen ja viihtyisåä majapaikka 200 m rannalta, hyvä palvelu virka-aikaan. Ostosmahdollisuuksiin useampi kilometri ja kävelymatkan päässä vain muutama ruokapaikka.”
