”Never received the e-mails, which contained a form you must pre-fill before arrival to get entry codes, neither any information was provided that such form should be expected. At arrival, we had to first procure said email - luckily there was somebody present (not hotel worker) to tell us what to do. Also, room code stopped working, and again no e-mails came through. Warning about VERY strong air refresheners used. We had to air the room for a long time to get the odor away (I'm asthmatic). We...

”Hotelli oli mukava ja sopi hyvin vähän yli viikon matkalle. Keittiöstä oli suuri apu, allasalue oli viihtyisä ja viheriöt oli kauniisti laitettu. Kiinteistö on vanha ja näyttää siltä. Esim. huoneessa oli rikkinäinen ikkuna jota ei saanut kiinni, keittiövälineitä oli todella rajatusti ja osa niistä oli rikkinäisiä. Ei astianpesukonetta eli käsin piti tiskata. Kaupunki on kaksikielinen joten suurin osa henkilökunnasta puhui vain espanjaa. Respasta sai palvelua englanniksi. Palvelun taso oli...

”Tämä oli jo neljäs kerta tässä resortissa. Olimme valinneet etukäteen A-Unitin joten makuuhuoneessa oli King size sänky ja poreallas. Huone oli siisti kuten ennenkin, mutta Heron 1 -rakennuksessa tuntui olevan uudemmat laitteet - kuten TV ja liesi. Matkaa "pääaltaalle" oli kuitenkin melkein kilometri, joten käytimme mukavan väljää Heron allasta.”

”We have stayed at this hotel over ten times. The location is very convenient for shopping and for the amusement parks (Disney is a bit further away). Good value for the money as the hotel is affordable and includes free parking and wifi. Some of the furnitures are a bit worn out and could use an update. We prefer to make our own breakfast (we always book a room with a kitchen) as the hotel's breakfast is just a bagel or croissant and a coffee, basically, at least now during the pandemic. ”
