Not all properties allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, please inform us in advance if you wish to bring a pet. Where pets are allowed, an extra fee per pet per night will be charged.
Baby cots, high chairs, bed rails, and other extras that are not explicitly included are available for an additional fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-in after 19:00 is only possible if you inform us before 18:00 on the day of arrival. Required documents must be submitted and the tourist tax and any extras must be paid by credit card at check-in. This also applies to self check-in.
Late check-out is only possible with prior written confirmation from MUSE.holiday and for an additional fee. Without confirmation, the full daily rate will be charged, including any resulting additional costs.
Heating (if available) operates from October to April. It will not be turned on if the outside temperature is above 15 °C or the indoor temperature is 21 °C or higher.
Air conditioning (if available) operates from June to September. It will not be turned on if the outside temperature is below 25 °C or the indoor temperature is 23 °C or lower.
The owner reserves the right to adjust heating (if available) and/or air conditioning (if available) based on operating conditions and energy efficiency.
Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless explicitly stated in the listing. If allowed, it must be approved by MUSE.holiday and may involve an additional fee according to house rules.
Energy waste (electricity, gas, or other resources), such as leaving lights on while absent or heating with open windows, may result in an extra charge.
Guests must ventilate the apartment at least twice a day (morning and evening) for at least 5 minutes to prevent humidity and mold. If this is not followed and mold is found after departure, restoration costs will be charged.
Due to the geographic location, Wi-Fi may be limited or unstable. Continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
The accommodation is not stocked with food (e.g. spices) or consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo, or soap. Any provided items are a one-time welcome set and will not be refilled. Refills can be requested for an additional cost, including delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed, all keys, cards, and other items received at check-in must be returned to the original location. Otherwise, a €50 collection fee will be charged. Lost keys will be charged based on the actual replacement cost, including possible lock system changes.
The final cleaning fee covers standard cleaning only. It does not include washing dishes or disposing of waste. Extra charges will apply for excessive dirt, unwashed dishes, or waste not disposed of properly.
Online check-in and all required steps in the MUSE.holiday portal are mandatory, including submission of legally required guest data. Without a completed online check-in, access to the property is not possible.
The tourist tax is mandatory and, unless otherwise stated, not included in the booking price. It and any extras must be paid before or at check-in via the MUSE.holiday portal, unless otherwise agreed.
Any issues or complaints must be reported immediately during the stay so they can be resolved. Complaints after departure cannot be accepted.
MUSE.holiday or authorized personnel may enter the property for urgent reasons, damage prevention, or necessary maintenance, always with prior notice.
No liability is accepted for temporary interruptions of electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, internet, or other technical systems, unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violations will result in a cleaning fee and a fixed penalty of €500. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the booking. Unregistered guests are not allowed and may lead to legal consequences due to local regulations.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay to the property, furniture, or shared areas. This also applies to damages discovered after departure. Any existing damage must be reported within 24 hours after check-in, otherwise the property is considered to be in good condition.
