Kaunis Custom Barndominium täydellinen romanttisille lomille ja lomat!

Tämä mukautettu barndominium sopii erinomaisesti romanttisille lomille, perheen sukulaisille, jotka vierailevat perheessä, ja lomat! Koti sijaitsee Highway 36: n ja FM 976: n kulmassa, ja se on noin 25 kilometrin päässä College Stationista, 10 kilometrin päässä Somerville-järvestä ja 35 kilometrin päässä Round Topista. Koti on yksi makuuhuone ja yksi kylpyhuone sekä olohuone, keittiö ja ruokailutila. Makuuhuoneessa on mukava queen-size-vuode, 40-tuumainen televisio, jossa on DIRECTV-satelliitti, ja tilava vaatekaappi. Olohuoneessa on kaksi sohvaa, 55-tuumainen televisio, jossa on DirecTV-satelliitti, ja täydellinen ammattimainen teatterijärjestelmä.

Huomioithan, että rakennuksen oikealla puolella on kaksi erillistä vessaa ja olohuoneen takana oleva myymäläalue (kauppaa ei käytetä vieraiden oleskelun aikana). Näitä alueita ei ole tarjolla vieraille, jotka vuokraavat parvekkeen.

Osapuolille ja tapahtumille vaaditaan kaksi yötä koskeva vähimmäisvaatimus (eli yli 2 henkilöä talossa milloin tahansa)

Great property and house
We enjoyed our stay at Desert Hills barndominium and will keep it in our list of places to stay when going to sports ball in College Station. A few observations for future renters is that the towels are limited to 4 so bring your own if you need more. There are no extra bed linens or blankets, I would suggest bringing a throw or two. There were plenty of kitchen amenities for cooking, etc. the refrigerator is very nice. Both bathrooms are very nice, however, there was no vinyl liner in the back showers which was odd. Both the queen bed and trundle were comfortable. The lights are really bright in the LR so a lamp would be nice. All in all a great place.

Lovely but had issues
This was a lovely little barn cabin but we had issues check in was at 4 and we got there around 5 and it still was not clean. It said two bedrooms but only had one the second bedroom was a trundle bed in the living room. The owner did resolve this on the VBRO app and did say we could have a full refund but it was during a local event and there was no way to find another place to stay. There was a remote missing from the bedroom so we couldn’t watch tv in the bedroom for three days until they purchased a new one. The grounds needed sweeping outside bugs and leaves and bird poop on a chair. And the grass was tall. It looks like the owner doesn’t take the time to inspect the grounds or doesn’t care. If this were my place to rent I would make sure every little detail was in place.

We stayed during our few day trip to shop around round top and it was a great place to come back and relax. Pros: clean and spacious, very pretty property. Cons: like others said, lack of towels, and everyday kitchen essentials (oils, foil, etc.). Overall would recommend

Really nice country property
We stayed here for the TAMU/Alabama football game. Super clean house in a country setting. Perfect for visiting TAMU is you want to get away form the traffic and crowds. Also very close to Lake Summerville.

Nice place
I was not sure that the pictures of the home and property would match the place in person, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and comfortable. We were there in August so we did not spend much time outside there, but they have it set up where you could enjoy a nice cool evening outside.

Nice getaway place!
Overall, really enjoyed the place. Really close to Brenham; which we thoroughly enjoyed their downtown restaurants and shops. A few suggestions: The place needs more towels and bed covers/throws. Also note that there's no toaster and bring extra trash bags.

Nicely decorated
Property was decorated nicely. We really appreciate that we could bring our 2 small dogs. Some negatives are no toaster, no kitchen towels and not enough wash cloths hand towels and bath towels. The property is ok to stay 1 night but with no washer and dryer on premises I would not recommend any longer then that.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway/local event.
We were very impressed from the moment we arrived at the property. Because of a late start we did not arrive until after 9pm and was greeted with a lit up property of outdoors lights strung up amongst the trees and around the buildings. There was a small mix-up on the code however Leon was quick to remediate the problem and get us into the house. We also ran into an issue with sheets and Leon and his wife were also quick to resolve the issue and go above and beyond to make sure that our stay was relaxing and stress free. After a long day at our event we were excited to get back to the property and relax. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property and these owners for anyone looking for a great place to stay and owners who care about their guests. Thanks for a great weekend.

Absolutely relaxing
Such a quaint place to stay. We made friends with the occupants in the tin houses. Overall a really awesome place. It is right on the corner of two major SH but you couldn’t tell. I stayed in the barndominium and it was beautiful. Got a lot of great ideas for build and decorating for my new home. Will definitely be staying again. May rent out the whole park for a great get together with friends or family. Thanks Leon for the hospitality. See you again for sure.

Great trip.
Such a cute and quaint farm house. Love the decor and has everything you need for a quick and easy getaway. The owner is also very nice and responds quickly. My only negative feedback would be that if you are used to sleeping in a king, the bed situation isn’t optimal.

Fun place in a rural location
We had a wonderful week staying at the barndominium - we particularly enjoyed the immaculately clean hot tub and the outdoor fire pit. The accommodations were comfortable as advertised. The bedroom is tucked at the back and is thankfully nice and quiet for sleeping. Overall we had very nice experience - a unique place to visit!

Perfect Low-Key Weekend
The 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Barndominium is stunning inside! It is a newly built barndominium that is inviting, relaxing & clean. I was looking for a quick, relaxing & private weekend to work on some writing. I was more than pleased with the living quarters & the owner went out of his way to make sure that I was happy while also giving me the privacy I requested. I loved the interior decor. It was gorgeous & very well put together. It was obvious that the owner goes above & beyond & gave attention to little details that sets this place apart from others. The hot tub was relaxing & definitely was one of my favorite parts. There is only one recommendation I would make for this property & that would be to screen in the hot tub area. There were a good amount of bugs that were attracted to any light around the hot tub area & just the hot tub area in general. This is normal for being out in the country & during summer. I would have loved for the area to be screened in so I could have spent more time out there relaxing and hanging out without the worry/bother of the bugs. I definitely plan to stay here again in the future & would highly recommend anyone else to as well.

Amazing!
Our two night stay here was absolutely perfect. We were amazed at how beautiful the inside was and how well decorated the place was. Leon did not spare any costs when it comes to his rental properties. Although it’s right off the highway, we didn’t hear any of the noise from the busy highway once we got inside. 10/10 would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a calm, peaceful getaway.
