”The place was great. Very clean, great location, and a very cool yard-too bad the weather wasn’t a tad bit warmer. Highly recommend this Vrbo…the owners were very responsive and greeted us as we arrived! If we ever make it back to WVA, we would not hesitate to stay here again!!!”

”This was a lovely room. It was unusually large and the bathroom was also very spacious. The grocery store is right next door and the main street is only about 1-2 minute walk away. So you can hit any of the downtown stores/restaurants without driving.Grocery store had a significantly larger selection of items than a small town usually has, so that was a big perk! We weee very pleased.”

”The perfect place for two people looking for a peaceful getaway. Right on the Jackson River Scenic Trail for biking. Top Jackson River fishing and kayaking spots all within close proximity. The apartment feels large with lots of storage, full kitchen, roomy bathroom and multiple windows for fresh air. The bed and loveseat were comfy. Keep the windows open at night and drift off to sleep with the sounds of the river then wake up to the lovely songs of the birds!”

”We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...

”Loved staying here SO much! Everything was extremely well kept. It was so peaceful. Host was accommodating - letting us change our stay to a day later when our travel plans changed. Only thing worth noting is the 15min drive up the mountain on gravel through very rural area! Made us wonder if we were in the right place haha - but that rural setting is what makes it so lovely and peaceful. We definitely want to come back!”

”This place was perfectly suited for my family (ages 29 to 88)! The wraparound porch and views were our favorite part, but we also enjoyed the fire pit, the game room, and the big open feel of the living/dining room with lots of natural light. We were able to make our entire Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen! We saw lots of friendly deer all over the property, as well as a shooting star on our second night that looked like it was right above our heads. The whole thing felt magical, and we would...
