”Took my toddler to stay for the weekend and we really enjoyed our time at the hotel. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. We initially got a pack n play that was broken and they quickly sent someone up with one that was functional. One thing that would have made our stay better would have been a microwave in our room. We ended up having a medical merge on the day of checkout and one of the employees was extremely helpful for me to get my senior parents on their way to the hospital as my mother-in-law needed emergency attention through ambulance The bellman helped me to get all of their things as well as mine out of the two rooms that we had as I was looking after their little service dog”
