Recently renovated, Vila nos Prazeres is a charming holiday home that offers a luxurious and comfortable stay. This accommodation has three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, all located on the first floor.
In the hallway on the first floor, you'll find a modern bathroom with a shower. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a second bathroom with a shower, ensuring there is no waiting and maximum comfort for everyone.
The ground floor houses a cosy living room, an ideal space for socialising with family and friends. Also on this floor, the well-equipped kitchen and adjoining dining area make the experience more practical.
The outdoor area of this house located in Prazeres is equally inviting. A private pool offers a refreshing oasis for hot days, while the garden provides a cooler atmosphere. For barbecue lovers, the dedicated barbecue area is perfect for preparing delicious outdoor grills.
Vila Esperança has private parking for two cars and can accommodate up to six people. What's more, the air conditioning in all the rooms ensures a pleasant, cool atmosphere throughout your stay.

AREA
This property is located in the parish of Prazeres, in the municipality of Calheta. Take the opportunity to visit the Quinta Pedagógica dos Prazeres and the local market. There are also several restaurants and mini-markets in the area.
In the municipality of Calheta, about 10 minutes away from the property, you can visit the museum housed in the ‘Casa das Mudas’, the Engenho da Calheta or take a dip in the sandy beach, right in the centre of the town. There you'll find a medium-sized supermarket and several restaurants serving regional and international cuisine.
This property is around 45 minutes by car from Funchal and 60 minutes from Madeira - Cristiano Ronaldo International Airport.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
