”My family and I spent 10 nights in Calheta at Alberto’s beautiful home! It was a great amount of space for 3 adults and one 10 year old. Easily could have fit another family with the use of downstairs. The place was well equipped to make meals and eat on the veranda overlooking the town and the mighty Atlantic. We loved staying in Calheta- with a rental car- it was easy to access various other nearby communities. The town is just down the hill (by car) and there are a good amount of restaurants...
