”Everything was dirty. The lobby, the elevator, the room. There were greasy fingerprints everywhere as if nothing has been wiped down in years. There was old soap with hair stuck in it in the bathroom. The pillow cases had mascara left over on them, the white duvet had black and gray smudges all over it from what I can only imagine was dirty feet. Everything smelled like they were trying to cover up years of cigarette smoke with glade plug ins. The staff was not friendly or helpful. It took 15...

”Nice staff, the breakfast was not good at all, even for free, there is no water in the pool, so it is permanently out of order. The first room they gave us on the bottom floor smelled like mildew, so we requested a second floor room which was better, but still had a odor to it. The toilet was on an angle that felt like you were going to fall off the side of it, so that was interesting, it's just your typical Indian owned hotel.”

”The staff was very helpful at check-in and check-out. The room had recently been redone and was clean. The floors are a beautiful gray color and the bed was super comfortable.”

”A lot of kids stayed for sports tournaments and the breakfast bar was a mess due to them and staff could not keep up. ”

”An okay hotel. Beds are comfortable, good showers. AC works but I think it puts out a lot of humid air. If they fix that. 4 stars”

”Had to be moved from our first room because the heating/AC unit was falling off the wall. Plaster all over. The room smelled and there were ants crawling on the walls. The second room was not much better. Everything that was metal was rusted, lamps, fixtures etc. The couch had stains and this was a suit! Dirty!”
