”House was nicely presented and in a great location. The issues were exacerbated by a day of temperatures above 40 and a power outage in the region for over 6 hours. Without going though details. Most fans do not go faster than speed 1 and hence and ineffective. You only realise that on arrival in house, once all are paid the only ac is in the main bedroom. ”Top location and great area inside the house for a weekend with extended family. However, mattress protectors were stained and grubby, and pillows need replacement. The pool was full of leaves and was slimy on the bottom, because the pool vacuum was disconnected and must have been for some time. A clean pool was a critical criteria for our choice of rental so this was a big disappointment. All backyard paved areas need a good scrub. Fortunately the aircon was fixed minutes before we arrived.”
