”The “ free high speed internet “ doesn’t exist. What they claim it WiFi only lasts few minutes and cut you off. Beach area was clean and nice, but if you want to seat on a chair and under an umbrella, you’ll have to bring your own or rent them for about forty dollars a day.
They do nickel and dime you every step you take. A lot of miscellaneous charges that no one could explain what these charges include, no one.
We love Hilton Head Island, but will not go back to Hilton beach front hotel.”

”This was me and my family’s 2nd time staying at this hotel and it’s such a nice place to stay. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Love the gelato!! My favorite treat. My kids loved the pool and it’s a great place to fully get away and relax. I would stay a 3rd time.”

”Valet parking was terrible. Took 40 minutes to get car. Understaffed, said I was next, waited longer then they said it was upstairs, went upstairs, it wasn’t there. Went back down to the parking ramp, wasn’t there. After running around, finally got the car after 40 minutes. Would have been cheaper and easier to not valet ”

”It was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the lack of parking, which isn’t the fault of the Inn, but still. I ended up paying $50 to valet park. Which was nice but considering the cost per night of the hotel stay, it would have been nicer to include valet parking in the cost.”

”The valet parking staff were the best I've ever encountered. The bar service was fantastic. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The location was great within walking distance of some great restaurants. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. When we arrived, there was a very bad smell on our floor but it was quickly taken care of. No fridge in the room and two USB plugs were on the side the cabinet/dresser. Not obvious.
