”Friendly host and clean place”

”We liked having 2 BR & the proximity to the beach and golf course. However, 2 out of 3 TVs did not work. Probably the thing we liked the least was that the place smelled strongly like wet dog & as if a flea or roach bomb was very recently used.”

”Awesome place to stay! We would love to come back!”

”We have stayed in Queens Grant many times over the past 20 years. There were enough beds for 4 people, but this time it was just me and my husband, and this villa was clean and perfectly appointed for us. The host provided everything we needed. My husband was thrilled that the tv was big enough so we could watch the World Cup final. The location was perfect. We rented bikes and rode them every day to the beach (parked at Dunes House), to the store, to shelter cove, and other places around the...

”Cute little spot. Clean and host was quick to fix an air conditioning issue we had. Allowed us to bring our dog which is an extra plus!! Less than a mile from the beach and all the hot spots. Great find.”

”Cozy space close to the beach. Good food nearby and fun drinks by the pool or beach. A wonderful place to relax.”

”Clean and nice location”

”The unit was beautiful and exactly what we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The ocean view was stunning, and the complex was quiet and relaxing. Check-in was simple, with an easy process at the gate to get a parking pass.Parking isn’t assigned to each unit, so finding a spot close by can sometimes be a bit tricky—but it was still manageable and not a major issue. The condo itself was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return—next time for a longer...

”This villa has everything you need for a beach get-away. Room was clean, close to shopping and restaraunts nearby, direct access to the beach”

”The room was exactly as described—well stocked with everything we needed, easy to get around in, and had a really charming feel to it. Beach access was super convenient; just a short walk and you’re on the sand. They also have tennis and pickleball courts right there on the property, which we used a couple times and they were in good shape. Plenty of restaurants nearby too, from casual spots close by to some nicer places a short drive away. We’d definitely recommend this place.”

”Very welcoming atmosphere. Well stocked kitchen, coffee bar, & even chilled glasses in the freezer”

”Room was great and host was very attentive ”

”The condo was spotless. The communication with the owners Chad and Ingrid was perfect. Any questions that might had were answered immediately. The condo had a plenty of coffee pods for the keuring. There weee plenty of towels and beach towels. Beach chairs and a wagon to pull the chairs in. The best part was the beach was just across the street. You are central to the supermarket and tons of shopping and restaurants. Couldn’t ask for a better spot!!”
