”We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets. We also were almost back broken due to the stiff mattresses. Few issues that we made work: jacuzzi was out of order during the visit, fire...

”The bungalows are a very chic (black and white decor), modern and very clean establishment. The entrance and bathroom were wheelchair accesible (which is not something we needed) but it was nice to see for those who do. The daylight coming through the windows was amazing and the higher placed, rectangular window allowed for an amazing view no matter where your bungalow is located. ”

”We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny...

”We loved the house. Plenty of space and lots to do between the pool, arcade room, and theater room. We also enjoyed the multiple clubhouse waterparks we had access to. We had a couple issues with the pool and a/c but property management resolved quickly. Highly recommend booking this house”

”The home was filled with kids coloring books, games, essentials, and pool toys. There were plenty of towels, bedding, & pillows. Everything was labeled so it made it stress free on finding things or trying to figure out what button worked what. We were very pleased and highly recommend!! Thank you!!”

”My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!”

”Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service...”
